I haven't weighed myself in like a week and I'm kind of scared to because today I found out that I did awful on my Algebra chapter test and I think I am flunking it now. Our grading period is over on Friday! When I got home, I totally binged because I was so upset! Then afterwards, I was so mad because I knew I shouldn't have done that and yet I did! I was all psyched because I was going to stick to my diet really well and then this happened and now I'm all mad. If anyone has any suggestions or ways to overcome setbacks, please respond! Thanks!

As April said, feeling bad about a failed test isn't something you should think of right now.
At my school, if you failed another one you fail the entire subject. Most people get motivated by a failed test because they know they can't afford to fail another one.
Just work on it, and I'm sure you'll do fine. Remember, it's only one topic. There are plenty more boring Math topics to go yet.

don't worry about how you binged the worst thing you can do is to keep thinking about. By saying that because you did bad on you test you binged which tells me that your an emotional eater( that means that you eat when your streesed, depressed, bored and for some people even when your happy). The way to overcome this habit is whenever your feeling one of those negative feelings don't think about food instead go for a long walk or draw or whatever you like doing until that feeling passes. If you put you're mind to it i know you can overcome those urges to eat, hope that helps,
April;)
