hey everyone! i lost 10 pounds in like 3 weeks. all i have been doing is going for a walk everyday for about 45 min-1 hour and watching what i ate. I'm so happy!!! i got a yoga video too and i'm going to start doing it tomorrow. good luck everyone! u can do it!!!

today i av ate this:brekfast: small bowl of special k wit semi skimmed milk and 5 grapes/ 230kcals.lunch: Small butterless wholemeal role wit half slice ham and 1/4 of an apple/ 140kcals.tea: Jacket potatoe salad and 1tbls lowfat dip/ 220kcalssnacks: 1 banana, 1 60kcal low fat yog and 3 rice cakes 1/2 packet of sugar free mints and 3 sugared mints/ 300890 kcals is ma total and bout 10grammes of fat wt u fink?also i do 20 mins walk 5 days a wk and an excercise vid evre wkend and 100 situps a nite? if i stik 2 dis wil i knock da weight of and am i eatin alot or doin anuff excercise? ow many kcals shud i eat help!

Ok I havent been doing the greatest with my weightloss but I need to get back on track so tomorrow we will be going to target and hopefully gettin a new scale because ours broke and i excercised today and did 100 crunches, 40 leg lifts on my left and 40 leg lifts on my right, 20 leg lifts with both legs, 10 pushups, and about 30 squats. I didnt eat to great today but I am goin to do better starting right now no more food today if im hungry im goin to have water or go excericse and am getting down to 135 asap i am probably back at 175 but i no if i try i cand o this. So maybe if u guys want to start over on the weight loss contest all u have to do is post ur weight here and ur goal and everysunday we will weigh in and post on the board to say whut we are at and so people no ur in the weight loss contest when u put ur name in the box on here just say contest next to ur name. Well gotta go buhbye

well- i'm doing so awesome exersize wise- i've done a taebo tape so far everyday of this week. i haven't been eating as well though- which i'm stomping down on today. it was good to raise my metabolism after so much dieting though but now i need to stop eating so much even if what i ate was healthy. i,m trying to eat more dairy products and get more calcium in my system so i can burn fat more effectively. i'm going to look so good by summer...

I just ate soooo much cookie cake I feel horrible. Everyday this happens! I think "oh just one little piece won't hurt" and then I end up eating a ton! So now I can't eat supper. Enough is enough... I have to get serious... no more sweets. *cry* I want this so bad so why can't I just say no? I'm gonna have to work on that...

I'm only 5 foot even but I weigh 150...I look like a fat third grader! I can't get taller but I want to lose 20 pounds so I won't be overweight anymore by summer. The problem is, all my friends do not weigh over 105, no joke, and they have a party like every weekend and wolf down cookies and Coke and pizza and never gain any weight...and when I try to have a salad instead they say, 'Oh no Jessica, you're not fat, have some grease-laden cheese' or something like that. And I want the bad food, so I eat it. How do I stop?? I want to be able to go to the beach with no regrets this summer!!

Has anyone tried the grapefriut diet? I kno FAD diets aren't good bcuz if u go off them you'll gain all that weight back. BUT is that really true? How do u kno? Just becuz thats what everybody says? I think if I lost all that weight i would do anything to keep it off even if that means keep eating low calories. I've been overweight too long...I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO BE SMALLER!

Hey, i am 164cm i think bout 5'3 5'4ft and i weight 165lbs. That is alot of my weight. I hate the way i look. ppl tease me alot cuz of my size. I have a b/f but my b/f said it i lost sum weight i would be super hot. But its very hard for me to lose some weight. I woudl really want a buddy to help me lose some weight and so that we can keep in contact everyday to help each other. I really need to lose the weight cuz all the other girls in my class are very nice looking and pretty. i am the only over weight one in the class and it dosent look every nice. So if sumone can help me i woudl definatly appriciate all the help thx

Here is a devised eating plan that my 17 year old cousin was put on by her doctor to lose weight safely and effectively. Breakfast: Any type of eggs (scrambled, boiled...etc) Lunch: A salad with chicken or tuna in it, with garnishes such as cherry tomatoes, (no cucumbers, not sure why) peppers, mushrooms, cheese, olives and onion) And for the dressing, you can mix olive oil and vinegar with some salt and pepper. (It really does tastes good) You may have one serving of two snacks throughout the day: 2 ounces of mixed nuts, a medium sized orange or apple, grapes, 2 ounces of cheese, 4 pickles, carrots, radishes, green onions, tomatoes. Dinner: Chicken or fish, steamed asparagus, (pick one of these) a roll or any type of potato...ONLY ONE SERVING!! Desert: 1 serving of diet jello or 1 cup of plain vanilla ice cream.
