HEy everyone, I have a question. If I eat a bowl of TOTAL cereal for breakfast, go to school and six hours after breakfast have a lunch consisting of a salad, roll, chocolate milk, and fruit cup, and 3 hours later get home and have a snack like a lowfat yogurt or an apple, then for dinner have something that i will not eat all of. Plus every Tues. and Thurs. I have an hour and a half of power tumbling (gymnastics) and drink 8 glasses of water a day with no pop or candy, plus walking or bike riding on the days i dont have gymnastics, how long do you think It will be before I start seeing results?

ok..i think this might be the week i get to 157 pounds!! Then i will be in a healthy weight range!! I can't slack off my diet now! by summer break (May 21st) I want to be 140!! Or just 145 even! And then by the time i go back to school in August I want to be 130! then maybe i will get a date for homecoming!! (i'm 5'9)

Hey my friend's here and we are both tryin to loose weight. Do you guys have any suggestions for a diet or workout plan?? We just played some basketball with my neighbors and that was for about 45 minutes. and we want to have salad for dinner. Well good bye I weigh 181 and she weighs 135. I want to get down to 135 andshe wants to get down to 120. So thnaks for the advice.

Hey everyone I have some advice for people if u drink water with lemon in it and it like cleans out ur colen and digestive system and it helps u lose weight like 3 times faster

Hey guys, hows dieting life going. Not so good for me, I have lost five pounds but i can't get past that. I am also really bummed out because it is that time of year again and all the girls are going bikini shopping. Ofcourse not me though, i am too fat!!!

I'm going to Finland next year! I'll be an exchange student there...and supposidly Finnish people eat really healthy and exercise a lot=) I know someone who went down 2 sizes when she went there for a year=) Hopefully I'll be able to develop a habit of eating healthy...no b/p-ing anymore=) I'm so excited.

HI EVERYONE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I STARTED THE SLIM FAST DIET MY DAILY MEAL PLAN IS FOR BREAKFEST I HAVE 1 CAN OF MILK CHOCOLATE SLIM FAST AND A 16.9OZ BOTTLE OF WATER I TAKE A SNACK TO SCHOOL WHICH IS A CHEEDER CORN CAKE MADE BY QUAKER AND A NOTHER BOTTLE OF WATER I COME HOME AND HAVE ANOTHER CAN OF SLIM FAST FOR LUNCH AND A BOTTLE OF WATER FOR DINNER I HAVE ANY HEALTHY LEAN CUISEAN MEAL AND NO CAL SPARKLING FRUIT WATER LEAN CUISEAN PIZZA IS REALLY GOOD AND LOW IN CALORIES AND I ALWAYS MAKE SURE I HAVE SOME VEGGIES AND FRUITS ITS REALLY WORKED IVE LOST 9 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS I ALSO WALK TO AND FROM SCHOOL WHICH TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES A WALK AND I HAVE A LATERAL THIGH TRAINER WITH A VIDEO THAT I USE EVERY DAY FOR 30 MINUTES AND I DRINK WATER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IT REALLY FILLS ME UP.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD MEAL PLAN TO U GUYS?
