HEy everyone, I have a question. If I eat a bowl of TOTAL cereal for breakfast, go to school and six hours after breakfast have a lunch consisting of a salad, roll, chocolate milk, and fruit cup, and 3 hours later get home and have a snack like a lowfat yogurt or an apple, then for dinner have something that i will not eat all of. Plus every Tues. and Thurs. I have an hour and a half of power tumbling (gymnastics) and drink 8 glasses of water a day with no pop or candy, plus walking or bike riding on the days i dont have gymnastics, how long do you think It will be before I start seeing results?

Have u actually tried this? Is this realistic? I know that I've planned to do extreme things like that, and I only last a week. Then again, that's just me.

with wat u are doing i think in as little as2 to 3 weeks u will start seeing results
