i'm starting to get slightly bored w/ running....i mean i have to cuz of track and all....but the tredmill is so annoying and i always run the same route when i go outside....anything elese i can do? i think i have not been losing anymore weight cuz i only run and dont mix it up at all!! please help i want to be in tip top shape for summer clothes!!! thanks!

Okay well I haven't been here in like the longest time...most of ya'll probably don't even remember me!!! Well I have changed a lot since i was last here. The last time I was here I lived some where else and I hated it. Then I moved to where I am now and I LOVE it!!! I am still a little overweight, but people where I live arn't as snobby as they were back there. I am 5'5" and 155 pounds and yea...I do wish I was smaller, but as of right now, I kinda like the way I am. Maybe over the summer I will lose 10 to 20 pounds and I will be as good as I wanna be. So all you people who think you have it bad...well, you don't. It's the people around you who make you think that you are fat. Yeah, maybe your overweight but don't let those jerkoffs get to you like the jerkoffs at my old school did to me. Forget about them, and you tell them that if they don't like it they can kiss your butt because your not gonna change for them. Well I hope that helped!!! <3 Krissy

Hi today i think i did okay. DARN ICECREAM! Well for lunch i had 1/2 a lowfat hom,lettace and cheese sub and a full orange then after school i had the other 1/2 and i banana but then i had 2 bowls of icecream :( but im gunna exercize alot (stepping and bike riding) and have steak and shrimp for dinner. Am i doing okay???

Thanks Christina.. i know swimming is great i just dont want to wait until saturday i feel really guilty if i dont work out every day and i pigged out today now that was depressing... but im gonna get back on track with my diet.. im soo upset still because i was going to do powder puff football its football for girls at my highschool and now i cant... Rachel thank you for your advice but i cant walk for long distance and i cant ride a stationary bike because it puts pressure on my knee

I lost 0.8 pounds last week, but I am gonna lose at least 2 this week, I bet. SO, I weigh 175.8, which is really exciting! By the end of the school year, May 31, I wanna weigh 170 or less. Today I stayed home from school b/c I was stressed out so I exercised, but I also ate bad! woops, but not too bad. Good luck today guys, we can do it!

OK....so tell me how i'v done so far today...okay breakfast* fat-free strawberry yougurt lunch*grilled chicken salad and fat free applesauce snack* 2 pieces of hieners 35 whole wheat bread! its only 3:15 so i haven't had dinner yet but ill post! im gunna go walk a mile! oh yeah and iv drank 2 bottles of water 2day! how'd i do???

Hey everyone!I am new to this website.I'm gonna tell you all my story.When I was growing up,I was always a normal size because where I lived,there were no fast food places close by,and we didn't have a car.So wherever I had to go,I walked.But in grade 5,we moved to an area with a lot of fast food places and we got a car...and that's when I started putting the weight on.I am now in grade 10,and I am 201 lbs.I don't smoke,drink,or do drugs.Instead,I eat.I am a very big eater.I even eat when I'm not even hungry.It is Thursday,June 10th`2005 and I am determined to lose 40 lbs by september 10th for back to school(grade 11).I just need YOUR help!If any of you guys have any advice or tips for me to reach my goal,please reply back!I would really appreciate it!Thanks so much =) xOxo!
