i exercise a lot and drink a lot of water and eat heathy but im gaining weight!!it is rilly making me mad!do u think it is muscle or what??

ugh. i think i have a problem. i always do wicked good for brek, and lunch and usually ok for dinner but when i have a snack after school its like atomic. anyone have any ideas or advice?

i saw that u lysia said that girls should join curves and it is really motivating. we just got a curves..but i dont know if i should join. am i too young? is there a certain age limit?

GUESS WHAT!!! i just weighed myself this morning (before i ate anything) and i weight 151!!!!!!!!!!! WHEWW WHOOO!! i lost 3 pounds in one week!!! I think its cuz i have been drinking 6 bottles of water a day! YAY i'm so happy i am almost at my goal of 145!!

Hey everyone I am so excited I just joined a gym called curves it is so much fun. It a gym for all women and girls who are overwight and unhealthy. It really works. They show you how you can make the right food choices and then you exercise there. They help you meet your weight goal.

You need to eat more. You didn't eat any fruits or vegetables. For breakfast, feel free to eat the muffin bar, but add a piece of fruit in there. For lunch, instead of just the chicken, add some lettuce with some other vegetables and have a piece of fruit for a snack if you're still hungry. For dinner, the brown rice is good, but not too much and had some veggies and maybe some fish or chicken, something lean. Your water was okay, but you know you can do better and you will. Try to get out and excersize, take a walk around the block a few times. I don't know where you are, but the weather here is awesome to be outside. Good luck!

right now my life is complete chaos and people keep telling me to do something from my past that i used to love but it brings back bad memories i havent done it in a few years i try to do it but it hurts, im 50lbs overweight and im ashamed to say i smoke, " Hell is empty the devils are here" What do I do?
