i am sorry to say this but unless you change your lifestyle 100%noone here will see results i see ppl's posts like i went on a diet for a week and i pigged otu today to reward myself? well ..thats not going to help i was heavy for most my life but in august of 2003 i decided i needed to change that i didnt completly banish junk foods bc than i could NEVER stick to it .. i just eat smaller portions and i took up new hobbies to pass my time..I started running cross country last year and i got really good but the whole reason i did that is to get out of my plateu of 130 at 5'7'' ..but it didnt i really feel unless you are doing alot of exercizing (running 4 miles, 3-5 times a week) or something to that extent you guys should not focus mainly on excersizing healtyh eating is 90% of dieting...im not discouraging excersizing because you should do both but if its your main focus its not... coud the 300 cals worth of gum i have a day be putting a dent in my weight loss?? what if ionlly have like 1300 cals a day though and 300 are from gum? i eat lots of healthy stuff its just that and it keeps me from eating bad stuff but could it keep me from losing weight? if it hads sugar

Hello! Today i didn't eat breakfast, but for lunch I had some honey dew melon and a slice of rye bread with like, a 1/4th cup of noodle koogle. All together thats about 400 calories at most. For dinner I'm only eating veggies so i don't exceed 500 calories. At 8 I'm going for a nice long bike ride, so atleast 200 of those calories should be burned off. I've also drinken lots of water. Yay or Nay?

Hey everyone school is finally over and summer is here but summer isn't really a blast for ppl who are overweight or just isn't happy with their body or weight I hated being fast but i wasn't really over weight i was about too and i hated it. I wanted to look good for mah gradution and for the summer and to lose some weight and that is what i did i started to run about 2 miless a day and doing about 200 curl-ups and 100 sit-ups and a hour of cardio and then about 15 mins. of boxing. so far i lost about 20 pounds and i still want to lose more now i am 125 and i am really happy but i think if i ate less junk food i still eat alot of food i did before mah workouts but i still lost weight and i am happy. i am just trying to tell everyone you can eat what you want but just watch it and workout to lose it and thats mosty it

Kyleighanne!!!!!! HEY!! ok some tips i have are DONT DRINK SODA---you will lose 20 pounds a year! Dont eat butter---10 pounds a year! Dont get fast food like MCdonalds etc., if you have to, get a kids meal! If u get a sub shop, get a greek salad or garden salad, they fill you up i cant even finish them! Drink A LOT of water it cleans you out! Dont drink juice, eat the fruit instead! if u drink juice, make sure its 100%! Buy Skim, lowfat, or 1% milk NO MAYONAISE..use mustard WHEAT instead of WHITE(pasta, bread, pita, etc) Eat breakfast no later than 1 hour after you wake Dont eat past 6 PM Apples fill you up (green granny apples) Kyleighanne if you have any more tips let me know!
