TIP OF THE DAY: When watching t.v during commericals try running in place, doing sit-ups or push-ups. It's a great way to burn calories and tone up and you still get to watch your favorite shows. Do it with friends or family to see who can go the fastest!

I lost 4 pounds this week! I am so happy. I tried this diet that my friend told me about. For bkfst. u can eat carbs. I would eat a bagel with peanut butter and jelly, or a small turkey sandwich. Then for lunch, IF I WAS HUNGRY, I would eat salad or fruit. For dinner, I would eat a big salad with alot of stuff in it, this way it would fill me up. Just think, u can add olives, onions, tomatoes, peppers...plus protein like cheese and meat. I did this for a week. I wanted to try it out for the heck of it to see how it worked for me. It worked great. The carbs in the morning kept me filled for a while. Sometimes I didn't even need lunch. But when I did feel a little hungry in the afternoon, I would eat a small salad or some fruit. That kept me good till dinner. is it true that if you only eat 1700 cals a day, you lose a pound a week? the math is right, but does anyone know if it works from experience?

You guy it is possible to keep weight off after the 3 day diet!!!! I have kept it off for about a week now because i continue to eat healthy as long as you eat halthy like lots of salads you will keep it off!!

Yeah!!! My mom got me a stairclimber yesterday!! I have wanted one for like 3 years. I am tickled :) Today I have only eaten 240 calorie and a 1/2 gram of fat. I had a bowl of cereal and a nanner. Much Luck all

hey, has anyone tried the T-burn combo stuff? i Know its probbally not the best way to lose weight, but I heard it works pretty well. I exercise a lot too, and i'am on a low- carb diet, but its not working as well as i thought, so i wanted to try the t-burn and see if it works. thanks

Do crunches help lower abs too? Because when I do them, I can only feel it in my upper abs but my lower abs REALLY need alot of toning...so if crunches don't help lower abs, is there another exercise that does? thank you! :)
