I am so excited! I just wighed myself and I hae lost 1 pound in 2 days! I know it's only 1 pound but I am still excited! I did it by eating 1500 calories a day. and I am on 2 swim teams so I swim evwry morning for 3 hours! yay I am so happy only 14 more pounds to go!

YES..i lost like 4 lbs this week and i didnt eat that well, i used to weigh now i weigh 180!! i cant wait to get into the 170's!!!!!!!

carlyn, its imposible to lose 8lbs safely and 4 the long run. trust me i know these things you dont know what life is like being anorexic either... anyway i did the 3day diet loads of times its stupid it doesnt work. And even if you lse a couple of lbs u put them straight back on. im sure everyone here doubts you lost 8lbs in 3 days safely. im not tryna be nasty cos im a nice person im just saying :)

by losing a stone will it make a big difference or only a little 1??? n also how long wil it take??? n how much fat content shud i b havin a wk?  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Hey!! I was jus wondering if anybody knew any exercises that can help with love handles??? Thats my problem area. Whenever i gain weight, thats where i notice it first and im sure im starting to gain weight again cuz they're starting to show :-( . Im not exactly sure how mcuh i weight right now cuz i havent been on the scale for awhile. Oh yea, does anybody have a diet plan that REALLY works?? If so, i would love to know about it cuz i've noticed most diets dont work too well for me. Thanks. And to everybody, keep up the good work!!

You should try becoming a vegetarian, i lost 15 pounds the first 2 months, it is pretty easy too

what you eat is 70% of a diet turn out. so if you don't eat good.. but exersize, you wont do as good as someone who eats good but doesn't exersize.

heyyyy i really need help! i am 5ft 3in and i am 135lbs. i want to lose at least 15lbs before August cuz i'm going to high school. i don't know what to do. i've tried everything and i just keep on gaining and gaining weight. i hate it. can anyone with any tips help me! pleeeeez reply. don't leave me without help!

hey all
ok today i went to the orthopedic doctor and he told me i had to do some physical therapy before i could go back to running which is really bugging me because i havent been able to run for three months!!!! well least i can run again right? i am not able to do any cardio activities at this point because of my knee and they all involve impact some how including swimming... so all i have been able to do is some crunches which i have been slacking on ...and today i was really mad because although i was getting over the fact that i cant do cardio i lost three pounds and now im back to where i started because i completly pigged out for like three days so yeah i gained three pounds in three days so all that hard work went poof anyways im getting back on track tomorrow and im not getting off ever again lol well thats my optimism for you well good luck eveyr one and sorry for taking so much post time

wuts up!!! im cynthia and i have a serious problem.... okay, see i played basketball and durin tha season i started craving more food becuz of how tired i wuld be after practice and after games.... so now i'm still in that habit but tha bad thing is...... im not playin a sport, so tha weight is cummin on (BADLY) i went from 130 to 147 in 2 months...and ppl have been noticein it alot, and if it continues it culd get worst! what do i do to stop this, PLZ i need help from YOU, becuz i kno u guys no wut ur talkin about, cuz u guys cum with tha truth!....thanks so much

My eating for today: B: milk and 2 spoons of tuna salad. L: Protein bar, half a papaya, a banana. S: an apple. D: rice, fish and veggies. Exercise: 4 miles of walking. I've decided I'm going to start over fresh. I feel great!!! ^.^ KARINE ^.^
