Hey everyone, I'm Sam. I just started making the nessasary adjustments to my eating/exersizing routine about a week ago and already I'm getting results. I'm down to 259 from 269 just a week ago. My doctor says it's normal to lose a lot of weight like that in the begining because of my weight and activity level. I've been eating cereal at breakfast, a sandwhich or salad for lunch and chicken or fish at dinner. As far as exersizing goes I'm trying to do 2-3 miles a day on the treadmil and some weights to help tone my arms. Lots of water too of course. How is everybody else doing?

Hey I havent been exersising lateley i ran the other day to mcdonalds with my friends hahaha......and i went swimming today but i wouldnt really count that cause we just mess around not laps yah know?....yeah well can anybody give me some tips for exersisng and eating right please ... i just havent been caring lately and im going to the beach soon and i wanted to lose quite a bit of weight by that time but i dont think its gonna happen. please reply <3.....Chelsea P.S - my birthday is soon

TIP OF THE DAY: (seems people like it so I'll continue doing it) SINCE MOST OF US ARE ON SUMMER BREAK WE TEND TO SLEEP IN LATE, UNFORTUNALLY I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE BUT THAT'S OKAY. IF YOU ARE ONE WHO SLEEPS TILL NOON YOU THINK OH I CAN'T HAVE BREAKFAST WELL HAVE BREAKFAST AT LUNCH, LUNCH AT DINNER AND DINNER AT 8 OR SOMETHING AT NIGHT THAT WAY YOU'LL HAVE ALL YOUR MEALS IT'S JUST BE AT WEIRD TIMES.

The last post I read from you said you had only eaten 300 calories today, and that you were gonna exercise off 300 calories. That is not only bad for you, it's a bad example to set for others. ok, it was breakfast time! 300 calories for BREAKFAST! today in all i've had like 1148. im sorry i wanted to exercise it off. maybe its good for me.

hey guys i think im starting to do good.Today i worked out with the abs workout video thing on on demand, i think its helping because my stomach has been hurtin a little bit the next day wen ii wake uhp or something.I guess that means its working but i needa scale s0o i can see what im loosing. . how much do u think is a scale? o0o nd also my messages have been getting deleted for no appearant reason :( i dont know why? because in all my messages i dont have anything bad in it :( :( :(
