Hey!! i havent been in here for like ever and i have been struggling with my weight for my whole. even though it hasnt been along time, probably around 9 years,lol i know its not funny. Im bigged boned and its hard for me to lose this weight that i have. i heard that jogging for 20 minutes equals 40 minutes of brisk walking. I hate running though, but i know that its WAY better than walking for ever. I have no problem running because i was on my track team, but its so boring. I'm fine with everything, i guess, but my stomach is the problem most of all.My dad is part of the problem too. He is overweight because he stopped smoking so he takes that place with food. He buys junk food all the time and thats probably y im so overweight (about 30-40 pounds). Im trying to tell him to not buy so many junk food and if he does that he will eat it all before i find it. Hey you guys iam 212 and 5'10 is it possible for me to lose at least 20-30 pounds this month. i think i can becasue last summer i lost 40 pounds in months i drooped it so fast because i was 253 and when you weigh a lot you drop it really fast. So now that i weigh 212 do any of you guys think i could lose 20-30 pounds in one month? I think i can but i just had to see if anyone else think it is possiible

Hey everyone, I'm Sam. I just started making the nessasary adjustments to my eating/exersizing routine about a week ago and already I'm getting results. I'm down to 259 from 269 just a week ago. My doctor says it's normal to lose a lot of weight like that in the begining because of my weight and activity level. I've been eating cereal at breakfast, a sandwhich or salad for lunch and chicken or fish at dinner. As far as exersizing goes I'm trying to do 2-3 miles a day on the treadmil and some weights to help tone my arms. Lots of water too of course. How is everybody else doing?
