Ht. 5ft 8 inches, Wt. 159 - Ok for this summer I got real side tracked. I had summer school and all that food there really messed with my plan. I was in there from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. so I grabbed snacks in there that really messed with my plan. For my summer so far I have gone from 165 lbs to 159 lbs. School starts August 15 and I would like to get below 155lbs. Since I have no school I am not tempted as much to eat junk food. I gave up soda and candy and chips. I want to know if Minute Maid Light is a good drink to have during a diet. For exercise I walk several miles a day. Since I have to check on cows and stuff like that on my ranch. I tried running but it is too hot. And when it is cool outside I have to work. Walking to check on the cows is the only exercise I can fit into my schedule really. So if I have a good diet food plan and if I walk for over and hour a day combined with farm work is it possiable to lose 4 pounds by mid August.

hey everyone over this weekend i have decided im going todo more i have about a month left of summer maybe less and i want to get in good eating habbits before my life fills up with too much activity so starting tomorrow im going to be on a healthy eating pattern and im going to start to force myself to do more excersize because im slacking and im sure every one is reading that saying good for you and why are you posting but it really does make me feel better saying it because it makes me feel like i have to do it you know well good luck to everyo ne

ok iv lost weight but when eva im on vacation weatha a weekend or holiday i tend to over eat and now tht its summer all iv done is eat!!! pig out!!! and stuff my face and i gained 6 lbs.!!! kan some1 plz give me tips to get out of this habbit!!!!

Heyyy uhm yeah so i just wanted to mention that we shouldnt be basing our weight loss goals on other people on this site..because heavier people lose weight a little faster at first and stuff..so its all difrferent..but yeah good luck !

hey im 15 130 lbs 5'3 or 4 nd i wuz wanderin if ne1 ther is in tha same situ as me: i hav 3 female best friends 1 is reli skinny, lk 7 stone nd lovely, 1 is reli fit, 81/2 stone dn she has muscle as opposed 2 fat, my other friend is chubbier than me but yeh i hav bad confidence nd feel lk that fat 1 nd i dnt lk it. my summer vay-k starts end of this week, nd i reli wana get fit lose body fat nd hav muscle for hockey next season (im in england btw) so if thers ne1 in this situ, u wana lk talk? lk motivate each other, tips etc, cuz that wud reli help, as i dnt reli feel i can talk 2 mi bessies bout this thanx babes xxxx (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

I did really bad wit eating today and we are havin banana splits for desert and i dont kno if i should eat it but i will want one sooo bad! and i did great with the exercise today tho

about 2 years ago, i got the slim in 6 workout tapes- i kno, two years and havent done them- ive tried it for 3 days but i dont have any motivation to keep on doing them- please help me!! how do u get motivation?? thanx and hope ya'll r doing well on ur goals!

ok for the last 2 weeks everyday i have been rollerblading for like 45 minutes and my legs are actually looking nice WOO!!! and i have lost 20 pounds since the start of my diet a month and a half ago! i am soo happy!!!

hey dolls here's a quick tip...if ur looking for some innexpensive work-out vidoes check goodwill, yard sales, or toher such palces. I was at goodwill and found a power 90 VHS for $2!...cheap way to keep in shape...that is if u keep up with it!!...i mena its easier than spending $50 on soem tapes when u can get em 20 times cheaper just a tip!

What's up with my scale/weight? I got on it yesterday morning and it said I was 138 lbs. I was so surprised at this weight that after I ate breakfast I checked it again. Now it said 140 lbs. That would mean I gained 2 pounds from eating a bowl of cereal. That doesn't sound right. So then after I went through the day and ate dinner, I checked again that night. Now it said I was 139 lbs. What's with all the fluctuating? I don't think it's the scale because before I would check my weight I would set a weight on the scale and it was always accurate.

ok i am like 20 pounds from my goal and i really wanna get there to feel happyeri try to walk at least 5 times a week for 2 miles. and eatting healthy and nothing is happening... i am also doing at least 50 crunchs everyday and my problem is i am flat where my abbs are but right where they stop to my tan line (underwear line) it is like there is a inertube there that sticks out it is crazy soo if you ahve any help PLEASE poast!
