Ht. 5'2, Wt. 195 - yay im joinin weight watchers today... ill update on what i ate, i havent done good but ive also been pickin around alot, some cheerios, a granola bar, a diet pepsi (oops), and a fortune cookie, but i dont like the cookies so i usually throw most of it away.... there is no water here, at mi moms work all she has is diet pepsi bc she ran outta water?... any advice?... for lunch i have a leancuisene thats 330 cals is that good?... thanx orcy for ur help yesterday i was soo tired i couldnt even really do any thing and we have to go fruit shoppin so thats why i really didnt get the chance to eat healthy, thanx a bunch, oh yea i 4 got i wanna loose 60lbs so i set up 4 goals of 15lbs the first one is september 8th which is the day i start school, the second is november 5th 3rd is january2nd 4th is march 1st.... do u think this is reasonable just to let u no there all 58 days apart gotta go

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 170 - just wonderinf if i should start eating more all i had today was... a 30-calorie ice pop a piece of toast wit little butter and some chicken fritters(5 are 130 calories) so i had about 250 calories today so far and i doubt im gunna eat anything else...i know it seems like im not eating that much but im not that hungry...is this healthy?

Hey i have 6 weeks till school starts and i want to lose 20 pounds.. i know seems drastic that 3.33 pounds per week starting next week but wtf im a senior this year and i was to go out with a bang (so to speak) any way i have the exercise thing practically down, i have to do them for volleyball anyway, this will be my 7th year but i need some help in the food department. its easy for some to eat steamed veggies and chicken for dinner but i hate most veggies. i love chicken but after a while it gets bland ,, so if anyone can gimme a lil' bit of assistance in my quest e-mail me kas_vb73@yahoo.com

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - ok i no i didnt have nearly enough calories today..but its only one day so i think its fine..anyway its only 4 clock and i have to eat dinner now..lol so.. B: Kashi bar (130 calories) L: Lean Pocket and broccoli (300 cals) S:100 cal pack (100 cals) D: egg and cheese sandwich on a mini wheat bagel (290 cals) uhh oh..thats only like 820 calories.. but when i get back tonight at like 10ish ill eat something to bring it up to like 1000.. excersice: burned 130 cals on treadmill (to hot out!! lol) and played tennis for a bit

Ht. 4'11, Wt. 126 - a couple years ago i lost a lot of weight, everybody was all proud of me and kept telling me how good i looked. this made me feel really good, but i think it made me feel like i could eat anything i wanted and not gain any weight. obviously, i was wrong. i have gained 45 pounds. if anyone could give me some advice on going back to how i was that would be great, i would like to lose around 25 pounds or something!!! thankyou!!

I just started a new diet today. The bad thing is I'm really hooked on a book, but I did go on a 20 minute bike ride today. Here's what I've eaten so far. Breakfast: Light Yoghurt (100 cals), 1/2 of a banana (55 cals), and a cup of milk (150 cals). Lunch: Bowl of spaghetti O's (200 cals), peach (100 cals), cup of milk (180 cals). Snack: 14 reduced fat cheese-its (65 calories) so that's 850 calories so far for today. I plan on having a small dinner that will make my daily total about 1,200-1,300 calories. After dinner I will do my thigh work-out. How does this sound??? Is this a good diet day for me? Please let me know and give any tips. Thanks. ^_^

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - yess! today has started off good! i woke up and ran on the treadmill (ughh it was way to hott, i only burned 140 calories..) but then i had a kashi bar which was 130 calories ( i eat a small brekfast) so i burned my brekfast off!! I hope I can do good all day!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 260lbs - hey i really need help loosing weight. I am really fat, but it is because of what i eat. Heres what I've had so fat 2day:Breakfast- 2 McGriddles (sp?), 3 slices of baccon, and 2 saussages.Lunch- KFC Popcorn Chicken, large Coke, and Large fires, and onion rings, MC Flurry. For Dinner, im planning 2 eat @home, probably homemade Pizza- Pepperoni, and cheese, I usually have 4 slices, and 1 or 2 cans of orange pop. Later i'll probbably have a bowl of popcorn, and a milk shake if theres any ice cream. I am really sick of my weight, but am DEFENITLY NOT going to give up fast food, its wayyy to good lol. So help please?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 134 - oh yeah i forgot to add im very confused because i dont know if the weight i gained was muscle or fat...because over the weekend i went to the gym every day for about two or three hours and worked out every muscle and i also ate a lot of protein...and i think i lost an inch around my waist im not sure any suggestions...
