Ht. 6'4, Wt. 310 - Heh, it's been a while since I posted. For those of you who may remember me from 2 years ago, I was Alex 14 who weighed 260lbs. Nowadays, I'm fluctuating around the past the 300lbs mark, and I've seemed to have stopped at 310lbs for now. I've accepted the fact that im very overweight, abd it doesn't bother me that much anymore. But recently, ever since I've passed the 300 mark, I've realized that I really need to start doing something about my non-stop weight gain. I've been overweight since I was 9 years old, and I hope I can stop my gaining soon. I think I've narrowed to the problem to my weight gains to the cravings I get for fatty foods. I just can't say no, you know? Also, at meals, I always go for seconds, even though my stomach may be full. Anyone who can give me some pointers on how to deal with this, or... (view more)

Wt. 165 - i weigh 165 and i am dooin a deit plan now its cut back on eatin and swimming the person who makes me stay with it is my boy friend he helps me and we run together i am a volleyball player and i am very sporty so i need to get my body back in shape

Ht. 5'11, Wt. 205 - I was wondering what would be the best way to lose a few pounds before Aug.11,05. I am pretty active I play softball tuesdays and thursdays for about an hour and 1/2. I also do volleyball. I juss want to lose a little weight before school?? Any suggestions. I'm not very good at diets though I try but I don't have much will power lol. HeLp!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 195 - first off wen u post something thake a look at the red print here ill c&p For Security Reasons Your IP Address Will Be Recorded and PARTIALLY Displayed.meaning that two three or even 4 people could have the same digits to start out with, for me, my number changed, it used to be something else than it changed. so does it really matter if theres the same number and a diff name?.... ANYWAY guess what? my mom is lettin me join weight watchers and shes joinin wit me!... this is my like 3rd time since 5th grade, but other times didnt work bc i didnt have time, screw that im makin time.... ne way good luck ne one...

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 150 - ok well...problem...tommaro i am going away for 2 nights and we r gonna be going to restraunts and stuff...i am going w/ my wicked skinny friend and she eats tons and stays a twig so i usually eat w/e she eats cuz i think that if she wont get fat from all that food either will I...sadly that is not the case...i will get bigger if i eat wut she eats due to our motabolizomes....so wut do i do? How do i eat heathly at the resturants...i mean i dont wannna look like a rabbit eating salads at every meal...im gonna be hungry cuz we r gonna be wicked active...so wut do i do? HELP

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 168.5 - Breakfast-1 cup of bluberries, 1 piece of toast (no butter) w/ 1 tbsp of honey (about 150-200 cals)
Lunch-Ramen noodles w/ a banana (about 250 cals)
Snack-Green mint tea and a popcicle (60 cals)
Snack-banana (after the popcicle, i was still SUPER hungry)
Dinner-Soy cereal (has alot of wheat) w/ soy milk and a salad (200 cals)
Then I had a small piece of pizza cuz I've been on a lactose-free diet for three dayz and was rewarding myself. So all in all i had around 900 cals (I know its really not that much)and I burned probably 200 of that off (20 minutes aerobics and 10 minutes of pilates). How did i do guys?
