Ht. 5"2, Hey guys!!! I need to lose 5 lbs AT LEAST in 3 weeks. I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me. The plan is to report everything you eat, and all the exercise you do that day. AND you're not allowed to NOT post just because you did badly that day. This way, you'll be less likely to overeat because the whole world will know about it!!!! Soo if you're interested please leave a message, and the Firstname section of the post will be "3 week challenge" and the first person who posts can put in what they ate, and all the people who want to join can do it in the reply section. Ht. 5' 2", Wt. 135 - omg, i was hoping that i would work out all summer, but i just started today...ooooppssss....o well thats the past, today i ran about a mile and i did 100 crunches and 50 push ups... but my eating is the problem; does anybody have good ideas for like breakfast and lunch that are easy

hey one things that helps me out some is making up a dance to some songs ...like and whenever it comes on the radio or you have it on cd dance to it...its really fun...right now im making up another dance for a song you should try it...dont worry how silly you look no ones going to see

ok well i need to lose like 20 pounds and it was really weird because i got on the scale two times in a row and the first time was 5 pounds lighter then the secound and it was like 30 secounds apart! nif you have any ideas about loseing the 20 pounmds please tell me!

I run everyday and am very involved in playing softball..My boyfriend is losing a ton of weight..he was already skinny though..but i have to be skinnier then him. Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Okay so far today i ate a packet of top ramen noodles and 1 mini donut and 2 pepsi's (lol bad) and for exericise i ran in place for 5 minutes.. not a lot but yea i jumped on the trampoline with my neice for like 20 minutes i played soccer for like 15-20 and i did 110 jumping jacks.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - ugh! i did sooo bad today!! ok B: Kashi Bar (170 calories) L:Tuna with no mayo on wheat bread and a bag of chips.(eek) (400 calories) Snack: Soft Pretzel from Auntie Annes (eek..340 calories)..and im having pasta for dinner, but its wheat pasta so its a little better (prob. 500 calories worth)...so its like 1400 calories, which is still under my calorie limit, but its all from bad foods..uh oh..

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Is it safe and reasonable to lose about 70-75 pounds by June 17, 2006? If not, what's a good goal? Ht. 5, Wt. 6 - okay this may be kinda off subject..buut oh well..I started my period 1 year and some months ago..and it was regular. but lately its been like every 2 months i get my period..(and i know im not pregnent). But i read online it can take 2 years to get into a normal cycle..and that rapid weight loss can alter it. i lost 50 lbs in 5 months. so with all of that should i ask my doctor, or wait awhile. please help me im a little scared.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 167.5 - Hey guys..well i just found out i might be lactose intolerant...you know what that means! no ice cream (unless its non dairy..but that usually never happens). that also means that i can't have a lot of other fatty foods like cheese and chocolate! this should really help w/ my diet. im not positive i am lactose intolerant but i have to go on a lactose-free diet for a few days and see how it goes..wish me luck on it and maybe it will help me break free of the plateau im at.

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 149 - I was thinking, if I ate fruit salad and salad every day for dinner with a bottel of water, how much weight do you think i'll lose? I don't really eat lunch or breakfast cause i'm never hungry during the day, but I'm also planning on swimming 2 hours a day, and doing 300 pushups/crunches a day. Is this a good plan?
