Ht. 5, Wt. 140 - I don't know whats happening to me I keep gaining weight it's terrible!! Has anyone here lost 10 lbs in two weeks? There's gotta be someone..becase I'm wondering how to do that!! thx for helping!!

DINNER: 2 SLICE ANY MEANT(2OUNCE) 1 CUP STRING BEANS,1CUP BEETS, 1 SMALL APPLE, 1 CUP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM

Ht. 5'5", Well I maintained today and ate roughly 2500 calories with 500 calories burned threw exerise. So at least I know how much it takes for me to lose weight. Oh yeah I ate some special k fruit and yogurt cereal really good!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - I found a really goo exercise routine that is working pretty good for me! I do the Leslie Sanson 2 mile tapes in the morning around 9:00, then eat my normal healthy diet. Then around 7:00 p.m. I do the basic Tae Bo tapes(which I love!) I will eventually step it up to the 3 mile and the advanced Tae Bo, but for now I will stick with that. But if anyway has these tapes~give it a try! Good Luck Ya'll

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - Ok, well i did ok today I think. I snacked a lot, but mostly healthyish stuff, and im still under my cal limit..ok so B: Kashi Bar, Banana (280 calories) S: PB Bar (130 Calories) Lunch: PB Sandwich on wheat bread (250 calories) S: Pria Bar, and 2 100 calorie packs (310 calories) Dinner: 3 turkey tacos (prob. about 500 calories) ...so i had about 1,470 calories.. i drank a lot of green tea and water..I know i didnt get nearly enough fruit or vegetables, but any other hits are appreciated

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - This is for Tyler~I started at 199 pounds about 2 1/2 years ago. I lost the 50 pounds and now I have gained 6 pounds. Now just this past week I lost 3 pounds so I am down to 152. Selenafan@pa.net~~~good luck everyone!!

Ht. 5"8, Wt. 147 - PLZ HELLLP ME!!!! This week ive done nothing but eat eat eat, every time i do well on a diet it never lasts for more than a day!! I feel like i just cant hack it even though i REALLY wanna loose some weight. Does anyone have any tips to help me!!!!!!!!!!??????????
Also is kick boxing good for making legs toned and slender???

- Ugh. I'm really worried. I want to lose atleast 20 pounds before the end of the summer and I'm scared thats not going to happen. I am losing but very slowly. Somedays I wonder if i'm drinking enough water. Doing enough excercise. Eating the way I should. It seems like the last few pounds are the hardest. Can someone please help me out and give me some advice? I would really appreciate it ..

hey everyone!wuz up?well is it ok to eat a yogurt for breakfast and carrots with thousand island dressing for a snack until about 6:00pm?do you think i can lose about 50 to 70 lbs. in 3 months and get a firm stomach by then too?

i usally put it in yeast..

i have eatten
alittle but of spaggetie for breakfast
abd a half bowl of rice and a little saled..
Also i have done crunches and swam and im also going swimming again!
