how did i eat today? i have a feeling it wasnt that good...B=0 L=a slimfast optima meal bar(230 cals) S=a small bag of lays fat free chips(75cal)and apple and this corn w/butter thing(about275cals) D=Subway veggie delite on wheat bread and 2 slimfast optima snack bars(120 cals each) and i think like 1/4 cup of mixed salted nuts and of course tons of water! it totals out to like 1580....ehh....?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 176 - every since i was in the fourth grade weight has been an issue. im about to enter high school and i want to lose 40 pounds in this upcoming school year, but i need some tips on how to do it. any suggestions?

Ht. 5,3, Wt. 197 - Every1, I need some more tips. School starts in like 4 weeks on August 8, and I won't 2 at least lose 10 pounds. So far, i've lost 7, so now I weigh 190, but that still totally sucks butt!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 150 - well i was wondering if anyone knows a good way to get rid your stomach... not really but how to loose fat on it and make it flat. and does anyone have good ideas for upper arms too?

Ht. 5 ' 6, Wt. 255 - im 14 and i weigh 255 i hate the way i look but i dont have the ability to push my self to keep to a diet my dad and my grandmother hurt my feelings by telling my im fat but they try to be nice and it still hurts i really want to lose alot of weight fast any tips??

okay.. breakfast-0, lunch- hot pocket, and weight loss shake (together equals 580 calories)... am i doing good for beginning a diet?? and also i dont ALWAYS eat breakfast but i do eat a little one sometimes if i get up early, and i still lost weight like that, well n.e ways please w.b... !!!

Ht. 5'7.5, Wt. 139 - I've been eating healthier and I've been more active. I eat alot of chips and salsa...how come I never gain weight from it. Could it be my metabolism has sped up?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 195 - ok i finnaly found a method of motivation, i wanna loose 60lbs, so i set up 4 15 lb goals that are 58 days apart, starting tommoro, the first goal is september 9th, the second is november 6th the third is january3rd and the 4th is march 2nd, and my motivation factor is that me and my mom are competing, but not in a mean way in a fun way, to see who does better, wen i get to march 2nd and i still wanna loose acouple lbs depending on how i look i will... well wish me luck ps. i didnt start weightwatchers today :(.. but its because my mom didnt feel like drivin home and then commin back in a hour in a half for da meetin, but im goin tommoro night.. u guys are great help

i ate around 1,400 calories today... and i just started counting my calories yesterday.. anyways do u think its a good idea to cut back like 200-300 calories tomorrow and then the next eat a little more then ill start getting used to eatting less calz, cause im a big eater, so i was trying to eat a little as posible today then tomorrow then the next day it will get easier, ill get more used to eatting few calz, well thanxx a bunchhyy!! lol good luck every1 and U CAN DO IT!! lol byeeZZ!!

hey all just a heads up i dont want to get confused w/ the other 13 year old christina so ill be changing my name to Kristina on here...anyways...what are some good excercises that tone up your stomach, im looking to lose a pound in like 6 days, i was bad and had an ice cream sandwitch today, but i had a chicken ceasar for dinner...so any tips on a good stomach excercise would be great
