Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - Alright, I bought DDR and I've been doing to for a few hours at night, and it's a great workout...alright I have this event coming up on January 19th, I was wondering if any of you knew the maximum amout of weight I might loose by then. Please and Thanks. Love you all

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - WELL...I go back to school tommorow :( (back to prison lol) anyways I have to get a plan going..i'm thinking of waking up early to do DDR for 45 minutes every morning, then (shower ofcourse lol)..then chosing breakfast will be a little hard because my choices are limited we have frosted flakes as the cereal. But I was thinking 1 scrambled egg using PAM and not grease one piece of toast with a little margerine(sp?) and one small sausage patty, and as soon as my family goes grocery shopping again i'll get some Honey nut Cherrios, Granola bars and Yogurts. And lunch can only be a Chicken Sandwhich with a small salad and a carton of milk..sound good? and dinner, anything I make just really small, i'll be drinking water from the fountain throughout the day..does this sound good. And when I get home i'll ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes, jumprope for 15 and play DDR for an hour or longer..TELL ME HOW THIS SOUNDS..any suggestions for changes are appreciated..what else could I buy etc..thanks :)

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Ok well its sunday and I dont think Im doing the best job so far for breakdfat i had 2 scrambled eggs with a few pieces of chopped turkey and on top a tablespoon of salsa (10 cals). For lunch i had about 3 tablespoons of rice with come gravy and a piece of pork meat abotu 1/2 the size of my fist. I know not the best but its what my parents cooked. Then after lunch i had 2 ritz crackers. And Ive been drinking water like crazy all day. So am i doing that bad?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 169 - I know I just posted but how am I doing so far today? I had a slim fast shake for breakfast at 10 am when I woke up, and I drank 1 bottle of water I'm on my second bottle of water now. I'm gonna have my lunch shake in about 30 - 45 min I think b/c It's 1pm now. So far I only had about 200 cals b/c I only had the shake. My mom made pancakes but I said no to eating them and I'm so proud of myself (so is my mom)! My mom and I might go for a walk later too. I measured my waist and stuff again today and lost another inch!! So how did I do so far?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - This week's WEEKLY CHALLENGE is going to be to drink at least 8 cups of water SIX days. (I'm saying six, so you still have a chance if you mess up one day, but you should really try for all 7 days. Don't forget to continue to exercise. All these small things will add up to help you lose weight.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 169 - Good morning everyone!! This morning I weighed myself and I weigh 169 - 170 in-between there!! I finally broke the 160's!!!!!!! Omg I'm so happy! Anyway Today I started my newer diet using slim fast. I love love love the shakes!! I had one already for breakfast then for lunch I'll have another shake and dinner a salad w/ fat free dressing. I'll probably go for an hour walk today too. Our XL - Glider broke so my mom wants to buy another one on wed. so until then I'll walk outside for a while. Anyway Monday since I can't take a shake to school I'll have a shake for breakfast, lunch: fat free turkey on 35 cal bread then dinner another shake. I'll just switch it around. My mom says she'll buy me slim fast snack bars and possibly more shake mix on wed. We're also going to look into some more work out equipment. So how does this sound?? and what kind of work out equipment would you all suggest that works? I was thinking weights and an ab work out thing but I'm not sure yet.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 150ish - hey for a week i'm gonna do this thing where for breakfast i have a big healthy breakfast and then for all the other meals i eat soup and have 5 glasses of water a day and 3 glasses of milk. bcuz soup is healthy and fills u up and its tasty.

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 124 - Hi there, I have a couple of questions. I have been tryin to lose weight ever since June of 2005. So far I have lost 13 lbs.(my goal is to get down to 110) I dont think it looks like it at all and no one has noticed so i am kind of discouraged. I have been slowly gaining back weight which hasnt been helping my attitude. I was wondering if anyone knows if the reason why it doesnt look like i have lost weight is because it isnt enough to notice or its because i have probably been focusing on calories more then how much fat i take in? Because i mean i have lost weight but i havent lost the fat around the belly and chest area (which the chest area is really embaressing for a guy :( ) I hope someone has some answers or tips to help me lose the actual fat so i look thinner.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. start:195 now:188 - ok i screwed up yesterday because i had a lot of stuff to do and my mom was throwin up, but i didnt over eat at all, but what i ate wasnt healthy at all... so right now im gonna have eggs and wheat tast if i have it w/ smart balance butter, mybe an apple, and some skim milk

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - Hey guys i haven't been on here ina while and you guys probably don't even remmeber me since i only posted once hehe.Well i recenty Joined weight watchers with my moma and its been great. Including that i started goin back to my gym for an hour on Monday's wedsdays and thrusdays.My mom and I are both losinig weight and its been better than ANY diet ive ever tried. I have alot of energy and i'm alot more confident.So i just wanted to say that even tho the process may seem boring or slow keep with it and dont' give up !!!
--There once was a snail that was climbing a cherry tree all the other snails said"Why are u climbing the tree if there arent any cherries up there?" the snail replied "because by the time i get up there, there will be cherries"this reminds me of the slow process of weightloss but by the time you are done it will all be worth it !

Ht. 5"3, Wt. 165 - Ok today I think Ive done well... I had a really small bowl of low GI musli coz it expads in your stomach so u dont need alot.. yeah that filled me up heapz..then for lunch i had two massive handfulls of lettuce and some lean chicken breast.. a cup of green tea..and ive had 1 litre of water but im gonna have one more and then go on my rowing machine for 40 mins...good luck!!!
