Hi everyone, Its me Brittany again. I just wieghed myself. I weigh 197 lbs, instead of the 207 lbs. I weighed last week. I know many people would think that it is unhealthy to lose that much in one week, but I didnt do anything unhealthy. I lost those 10 pounds in one week! All i did was cut of a little of my food intake and add in a walk to the store a day, but not to buy anything. Thats all! I am so proud of myself your stories have helped me alot. All it takes is to push away that extra food you don't need. I still eat the same food I used to, I just put in a few more servings of fruit and veggies, but instead of eating 4 pieces of pizza I only have one and a piece of fruit or drink a glass of water. I still look big of course, but thats two inches off of me that i had just one week ago. Not all people are going to lose that much though so dont expect to. To tell you the truth I didn't expect to either. I was hoping for at least one to three pounds I never hoped for ten. You just have to want it bad enough for yourself and nobody else to go for your goal. Hey! Im 13 years old and I weigh 180 lbs. I want to lose weight...not in a flash of course, but I want to start now! Before it's too late! I want to lose at least 10-20 lbs., before June. I want to fit into my eight grade promotion dress (I want to look okay for when I get out of Junior High). I already lost some weight, about 20-30 lbs. I did some basketball and volleyball and it helped. The calculator says I should weigh close to 160 something. I would be glad if i weighed 170!! It would be GREAT. Ya know what? People say drinking water will fill you up but not for me i force myself to drink water but it is nowhere near filling. as a matter of fact it makes me hungrier and crave more so i'm starting to stay away from a lot of water.

I was 175 pounds and hated myself for it. Actually, that's not true, I liked myself until the world didn't and started commenting about it. So I took it upon myself to learn all I could about weight loss, the tips, tricks, advice. I told myself I would love myself if I could weigh only 160 pounds, but when I got there, I didn't like myself anymore than when I had started. I told myself I would find happiness at 150 pounds, wrong again. Today I am around 145 pounds, and pretty much wish I was still 175 pounds, because I loved myself for me then.
