Hey Babez, To start out with, i am not fat. I just want to tone my body. But to do that, i need some help. My theighs! I have been playing soccer my whole life. My theighs are really, really muscular, and big. I want to reduce the size, but how would i do that? If i excercised more, wouldent that make them appear larger,and more muscular? But, what if i sat out a season....then my legs would become fatty! See, i can't think of a resolution. Any ideas would be greatly apprecited. Also, my tummy, needs so help toning those abs, any ideas? Thanks Hunniez~Rachel

i am kinda like u. i am not over weight but i do want to tone my body.what i really needed to do was my arms and thieghs. i found out lefting weights 50 times a day works really great with in like a week or so. also for the thighs, try laying down on your side and lift one up in the air and bring it back down and also do that for about 50 time aday too, for each leg. i think this works because it helped me alot, i think it would help me better if i stuck to it every day!
