Hey everyone I know ive been on here already in the past four days, but i really would like to know if it is possible to lose 45 pounds by august? If it is how would i go about doing it i have already lost ten pounds, but nothing about my body changed. I would really like some replies. I am becoming hopeless and i dont want to. I weigh 197 and neeed to get down to about 150 or 155 by the end of the summer. Please reply.

First of all dont rush yourself. Even if you do manage to lose that weight, you're gonna live a brutal battle with yourself to keep it off and change your habits. I've been taking it slow and over the past year everyone has noticed a difference. It may seem like forever to wait, but its healthier, and will more likely work. You may have to learn the hard way, that there is no easy way to lose weight.

First of all, how long has it been since you have lost the weight? If it has been less than a month, don't worry, your body takes 6 weeks after losing weight to re-shape your body in proportion. Most people lose weight from the head down, so you probably have a fairly small chest and arms right now and you have big thighs and waist, right? Just keep on losing the weight and when you are all done, just wait a while and you wil finally see the body you have dreamed of.
