Ht. 5'2.1", Start: 190 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Hey! I Went grocery shopping yesterday and I picked up packs of veggies, salad mixes, fat free dressings, salmons, fruit, and some flavor water packets. Last night for dinner I had chicken with a salad, and for dessert some grapefruit. I've been drinking nothing but water and the occasional tea, so I'm on the right track! I did have some frozen yogurt as a treat with my friend that I haven't seen in awhile. Plus, it was 91 degrees out yesterday.

I've put on some more weight since I last posted. I still dont really want to lose weight, but my Mom says its getting out of control. With the way I've been putting on weight, I'm going to break 300 lbs in no time. Ive never gotten this heavy before. The only pants i can wear anymore are my sweat pants. I can button on pair of jeans but barely and my stomach hangs out over them. I used to be able to tuck my stomach into my jeans, now I can barely fasten them beneath my stomach. I don't know what happened! I need to try to start losing weight, but I have no willpower. Once I start eating I just keep going even once I start feeling sick! Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I am peite, for my height, and my bone type, and body frame.. I dont understand why I can fit kids plus for tops. At Gap.. I have a sweatshirt it is cute. I tried it on Sunday night, I can fit right into now. I was so happy.. I like the feeling of my clothes now!! No more XXL in womans or Juniours. Now Large.. I put make up on to look pretty once I found out that I lost around 10 pounds I deicded to put nail polish on my toes.. That the way of celarbting for myself of reaching some of my goals!!!! I bush teeth so I dont overeat. That worked, I like to run now, I do not weigh 157 pounds anymore!!!! I will update my weight soon. After I gone on the sclae. I hope it is down. The point is to not give up!! keep trying and you will ampolish. I have learned giving up. You wont ampolish much or anything at all. I hope to have encourged to some of you who are new on here. I fell down off the shelf.. I was like I cant reach very well... I do not want to be a comfort eater ever again.. I only eat when I am hungrey.. I know it is very hot in the 50 states right. Now.. And Candana.. I mean a lot of the teens are very helpfull when I get very destressted.. I was talking like crazy. By having some help, I was like enough is enough, I fight and I say no to comfort eating.. Even my friends from my homschooling sericve for teens. I was crying one time.. It was enmbarssing. I was nervss I bit my finger nails.. My male friend, who is five in a half moutnhs older then. We are the same age.. He told Jess dont give up.. I felt scared.. I talked to him for five hours.. That was the day I quit comfort eating. It was Febuary 2011. Valntines's Day.. I quit it forever.. I sat next to him.. It was at a chruch. In my area, It was a day I quit comfort eating..

I also avoied frnch fries, and milk chocolate. As well, chessbugers, I no longer, I eat only hambugers at Five Guys hambuger place, they have it fresh never frozen.. I put furit in my Speiacl K creal.. It gets very boring, having plain creal with just almonds. I put apples in the spring, I also did my sccotor and walked my dog.. And did strechs. I watched my calorie, no higher then 1408 calorie my hight. And body type. Yes even my male friend likes me a lot... And he told ingroe thoses who say something mean about you Jess.. I huged him after and said thank you.. The one I met about 8 years back ... I would run 300 meter every day and 100 meter.. My goal is to get back in ... (view more)How I lost around 10 pounds. I even ate small portions at my family BBQS and even at the picn I was at last Friday. And even Sunday.. Oh man it is going to be very hard.. Tomrrow but I can do. So can others, who are on here.. I am on here so I can lose weight easily, I am not 157 pounds anymore.. I bunred that pound.. I know it is about two in a half mounths old.. Soon I will post my currten weight.. hoping next week.. I will be 16 next Saturday.. I want to be a healthy 16 year old..By the time I finsh high school at home one day. I want to be fit. I feel like a new girl already. Not a pig.. Dont give teens and kids. Keep trying, if you are just starting out.. If I can do it. So can you .. I will eat dark chocolate now, it is strange I used to not like it. I think my taste has changed.. I will not eat very high calories. Like 800 that nasty.. I was horifed to have gained 3 pounds back in January after I came from a re treat. I am out of 160's most likly 150's.. I can do it and I am not giving up to lose weight and be a healthier me!! 118 pounds.. I dont want to be fat girl any more.. I want to be a good example for my niece I will not eat junk food around her like MC Donals or Buger King much.. I cant stand deep fried chicken.. I feel realy really good to have lost around 10 pounds.. And my clothes from last summer they are to big.. Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I'm leaving for fat camp on sunday. I am so excited! I really hope to be down to 160lb when I return in August. Then I am giving myself until new years eve to be down to 140lb. That way I can use January thru May to loose my last 10lbs before summer! I have been motivated in the past and i have lost a total of 60lbs in 3 years, but i always loose 15-20lbs at a time and put all that weight back on. It's hard to get motivated to start again, but I feel camp will make things a little easier to get the ball started. When i get back from camp, I only have 1 week until school starts. My plan is to run/jog 6 miles for that week. When school gets back in session, my plan is to run 2 miles before school & 2 miles after. On the weekends I would like to run 6 miles a day. Jogging/Running is my favorite type of fast result excersise. I am really hopeful and truly believe that this senior year in high school is where i will change my life forever!
