Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 163.4 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - I stopped exercising and just got back on track and I went from 168 to 163. My weight fluctuates a lot! I mean one week I'm doing good the next I'm binging. I hope I stay on track this time. I was wondering if anyone thinks banana chips are unhealthy. I mean I know it contains a lot of sugar but I just can not lay off of it. I'm totally addicted to it. Can this hinder me from losing more weight or no if I eat in moderation?

Ht. 4'11", Start: 125 lb, Today: 123 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 105 lb - Oh wow.. I'm beginning to steer off again >.< I'd went down to 119, then I bounced right back up! I just cant seem to be motivated enough to eat right and exercise =/ I think what I need is someone to help and motivate me. My dad and sister think I'm the "perfect" weight, and aren't taking my size into consideration. I still don't remember how I lost those 13 pounds in a few months a year or two ago. I'd love to lose the fat on my thighs, a bit off my arms, and the rest off my stomach. UGH! I hate not having the motivation >.<

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - So I keep going up and down inbetween 210 and 220.Yesterday I weighed in at 208 and I felt GREAT about myself and then today the scales all 211.blahblahblah.Haha,I put blahblahblah cause I forgot the ounces or whatever.But lately I've been trying to drink a slimfast shake a day with a sald or just chicken,cause the way I think about it,chicken comes on the salad but its cold most of the time,why dont I just order chicken fingers and be done with it.But yeah,yesterday I did crappy-I had a shake for breakfast,chicken crispers for lunch and movie popcorn later on just cause we were at the movies and I gave in:( Ughh.Help:/

Ht. 5'6.5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been on here in a while but I'm finally taking action! I've joined a slimming group and have stuck to the diet for 2 days, which doesn't sound like much but it's an achievement for me! I've found it helps a lot to have something quick to grab just for when you feel like nibbling on something, so I like to keep some grilled chicken chopped into bite size pieces in the fridge :) it just helps to know that I can have the food if I want it, rather than trying to totally restrict myself, so try it! My best friend and I are each others weight loss buddies. She is the exact same height and weight as me so it's kind of neat. We've cut out all sweets from our diets, and we're going to start working out together and keep the other encouraged. I think it'll be really fun! We're planning on losing 1.5-2 pounds a week. We've also created charts to keep track of our calorie intake and burn. I'm going to post weekly updates on here for you guys if you're interested in our progress! Best of luck to all of you.
