Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 150 lb - Okay this is just getting TOO HARD! I have been doing everything.. exercising and eating healthy but still i'm not losing weight. I dont know what to do anymore. i'm on the verge of just giving up! :(

Maybe you should mix up your exercise routine. Sometimes your body will get used to doing the same thing over and over again. So try something different like, pilates, yoga, tae bo, cardio, dancing..I don't know somethin' that will challenge your body. And be sure to drink lots and lots of water. (Divide weight by 2 and that's the total OZ of water you should drink)
