Ht. 5'6", Start: 271 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Does anyone else feel awful after working out? I know it's supposed to put you in a good mood, but I just end up cranky, sad, and feeling absolutely horrible about myself. Does anyone know why?

Also, I forgot to mention, you might be angry with yourself because you're comparing yourself to other people, and that you shouldn't get tired over such a simple workout. You also might wish and beat yourself up over the fact that you're not as physically fit as you should be. This may make you cranky, sad, tired and angry, hope i helped :)

you might feel this way because you didn't try your hardest while working out, so you're angry you've wasted your time on something pointless. that's the only thing i can think of though.
