see im about 5'3 i weigh about 150 pounds see i dont look that bad but i feel bad. my brother always calls me fat!i play alot of basketball but i still dont lose any weight! i never want 2 kill myself but once i cut my arm with sharp rocks and stuff i just needed 2 lets my anger out.. i need sum help so holla back.

To me life sucks. I guess its because im over weight. My thighs are huge and i get made fun of so0o much.My mom is just as bad as the kids who make fun of me at school. I cant go on with this and sometimes i think about killing myself and i actually came close to doing it. I really dont actually wanna kill myself it just seems like the only thing left to do. Hi i wear a size 11(womens)and when i relax on the couch or something i have this big lovehandle around myself above my jeans and it looks funny. So i put on a shirt that was slightly small on me and there is this white gut hanging out.How do i get rid of it? I weigh 169 and I am 5'3.HELP!!!

Did u know that if you take smaller bites then you'll get full faster and wont eat as much!so take small bites! it sounds werid but its true!
