To me life sucks. I guess its because im over weight. My thighs are huge and i get made fun of so0o much.My mom is just as bad as the kids who make fun of me at school. I cant go on with this and sometimes i think about killing myself and i actually came close to doing it. I really dont actually wanna kill myself it just seems like the only thing left to do. Plz help me if u can by giving some tips on how i can loose weight before i make the wrong decision. thanx anoymous

hey person i dont know the name of, dont know if ur younger or older then me but i seriously know how ya feel ay, i found for me the best way to lose weight is to eat health and excercise for half an hour every day and when that gets easier go to an hour and it helps if u dont think of it as a diet think of it as a way of life! anyway hope i have helped bye

well i know im not a preteen but i am over weight i am 109 and my mom is always saying oh you better start walking around the park.well i am sick of that i am going to do somthing about it i am going to go on a diet

Please dont kill yourself! that would be really stupid. join a swim team and swim laps. do 25-30 crunchies everday!!! jump rope will help too. and tell ur mom that kids at skool teasing u is already enough and that u dont need ur own mother on ur back cuz that wont get you any where but u feeling down in the dumps.

Don't give up hope. Try this (it helped me lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks): With your parents and/or doctor's help, find out how many calaries you need each day and make up a menu for each of the 7 days of the week. Make sure the menu has a little bit of everything (meat, pasta, veggies, fruits, and healthy snacks like yogurt and applesauce). Stick to 3 meals a day plus one snack, and repeat the menu each week. Add some fun excersize like biking, swimming, bowling, and you'll see the scale go down! By doing this, you are really not dieting, but changing your life to healthy eating. Once a month, treat yourself to ONE slice of pizza, or something you really like, but then get right back on track and keep losing! Good luck to you!

DONT KILL YOURSELF!! that wont be solving anything.. there a millions of people out there just like u.. u r not the only one.. talk to a counseler or doctor and im sure they will help u!! it worked 4 me..
