Im really overweight i weigh about 169. I have a huge stomach. I have a docters app. in about a month. Im afraid. I am so embarrassed having people see my weight what should i do?

dont be embarrest i feel the same way there are millions of people just like you just try to loose sum weight b4 the appointment.. no big deal
