Hi my name is Steven and Im 13 weighing about 180. Im weight overweight and seriously weighed about 120 in the begining of the year. What can you say? I love food. But latley, realizing how many kids are healthy and skinny. I've began to go to sleep crying knowing its impossible to lose weight before next year September. I want to be skinny before next september, but I have no plans. I know next September is a lonnnng time away and starting now would help, but if someone could help me how. Please reply. As u guys know, my name is Jenna. I way a wopping 210 lbs, and I am only 5 ft 2 in tall. BUMMER. I am always being looked at funny in School. I never wore shorts since I were little. My legs are fat a round. I have to wear tight pants and a loose shirt to hide my fat. The fat just kept creeping up on me. It is soooooo hard for me to diet because I always get off track. how long do u think it would take to lose 55 pounds? I would like to lose that much in 3 to 4 months, is that healthy?

I have never thought i was that fat. I meen i knew i wasnt the skinniest thing in the world but i nevr would say i was over weight. i went to a web site and it said i was over weight. i dont eat alot. and i want to diet, does any one have any diets that helped them lose weight? im 5'6 and im 153 pounds :( i want to try to lose weight over my winter break (2 weeks). and aftr that im going to try to lose a total of 10 pounds, so dose any one have ne diet tips ?

I checked out this website to see if i was overweight and when it told me i was i started to cry!I never thought 150lbs. was soo over weight. im tired of looking in the mirror and beating myself up about my weight. I knew i was fat but i never would have imagined that i was overweight. i am under a huge amount of stress and this overweight thing doesn't help. got any ideas for me other than exercise? thanx <3 Carly
