does anyone think running 1.5 miles a day is good? Cuz i have been doing it for a few days now and it is sooo hard. I've also cut down on junk food and only eatn small portions of food at a time. If anyone has any ideas for a diet or u think my technique will work pleez pleez reply and tell me. Thanx.

hey amanda! it sounds to me like you're doing great! i run roughly 2 miles each day, so i know how that is, and i commend you for it! i must warn though, it gets dull and hard to reapeat over and over each day, so i suggest varying your routine. maybe on some days go for a bike ride instead or turn ur music up real loud and just dance the heck out of yourself. it doesn't matter what you do, as long as you're moving. so yes, running is definitely good and your body appreciates it, but it IS hard, and it's not gonna get much easier. keep at it though! it's good to cut back on the bad stuff, so good job, however, make sure you eat enough. too little is just as bad as too much. make sure u get enough fruits and veggies!! good luck!!
