Hi...i'm Swettie...I weigh 456 pounds. My mommy and my auntie embaras me by poking my jellie bellie and telling me that im fat. My brother told his friends that I weight 456 lbs. They laffed at me and told me to go run a mile. My mommy bought me a bikini and told me to go put it on...we went to the beech and she made me wear it in front of people...they laffed at me to. Mommy put a ruler into my stomak and saif that i have 11 inches of fat on my belly..it hurt my tummy when she did that. Mommy mesures me in my undies...she say that my waste is 49 inches and that my hips are 54 inches...Also I have places on my tummy where it looks like dimples...mommy calls it sell -u- ite ...please help me...my fat hangs down past my thysGod-BlessSweetie

hey everyone uhm yea my weight is 245 and my height is 5'5'' uhm yea i am trying to change my life style and so please just give me ideas im starting to sit ups each night and walk for like 30 minutes but i cnat walk that much cause i have bad knees so i need helpo thinking of ways to lose weight that is not strenuous on my knees thanks for anyadvice getting feedback really makes me and it lets me know that people care so thank you soo much happy holidays!
