Ht. 5'8, Wt. 189 - Hey guys, I was here a few months ago, and then a lot before that, but last night I finally weighed myself with a whole lot of denial of what I have ate the last five months, and I am 189. I was 170 in July. Last night my mom bought a shirt and a pair of pants that I really want to wear this spring/summer. I am going to Florida April 13, and I wanna wear the skirt then. I have done great today. I hope everyone is doing great and such. Comment.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey everyone!! How are you all doing on your diets? I was wondering what some good excersises are to do when it is raining and when it is sunny? Should I jog, walk, swim, stretch..? What? Is stretching a good excersise? We stretch in PE at school but I don't know if it can help me lose weight or just help my muscles..which I really don't need any muscles until I lose weight..does anyone know what I should eat? I don't eat salads and I am very picky about what I eat..I have been drinking a lot of water lately and I just don't know what to eat..if I don't eat a lot of what I like then I get hungry and eat more..any suggestions?

Ht. 4'11, Wt. 155 - okay...is this good?: Breakfast:: Special K, water,fruit...Lunch:: half of a turky sandwich on light bread, grapes/chips, iced tea...Dinner::salad with some type of meat...also im not gunna eat after 7:30...Excercies:: 45 minutes of cardeo, 100 push-up, 100 sit-ups, 40 jumping jacks, streaching for 30 minutes, danceing for 30 minutes, practicing cheers, practiceing cheer dance and cheer, jumping drills, and tumbling, also i do various activiities through out the week including, dance for 2 days a week, and cheerleading for 3 days a week.....do you think this is healthy..and how much weight do you think i'll lose by june?? thanks so0o0 much!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 175 - I wanted to know how i did today breakfast- apple cinommon oatmeal, snack- a serving of pretzels, Lunch a ham and turkey w/mustard sandwhich, snack- a serving of pretzels dinner- salad w/ fat free dressing and a mushroom with some sort of filling my parents brought from olive garden it was about the size of a quater???

I know i sound really wierd, but the wierd thing is that alot of guys actually like big girls! take it from me...i have old previous boyfriends that i was going to lose wieght and they said "DONT U DARE!!! u look wonderful just the way u r" that made me feel good, but if u do want to lose weight theres only one thing u need to do and that is walk...walk to school, walk home, walk to the store, walk to a friends house, walk everywhere; however if it is raining or snowing then i suggest not walking....u dont need to catch a cold just to lose wieght - so when ur in the house all winter long invite some friends over and turn on some hot music and dance the night away! i need to start taking my own... Breakfast|-|Oatmeal Lunch|-|skinless chicken breast with salad or veg on the side Snack|-| Cucumber or tomatoe with italian or vinegrette Dinner|-|bacon and eggs. Ht. 5'8, Wt. 177 - well today im really stressed out today! well ive bin on a diet now for 12 days and lost 2 lbs which is kinda ok ( not weighed myself since monday) and i have lost my motivation to exercise. i have only done all of my exercises once this week but done 100sit ups 4x this week. and im gonna b on my period like in a few days so ill put weight on and my mum has been on a diet since last saturday an dtoday she got weighed and she has lost 6 1/2 lbs and 11iches and i no its good for her but i want that kinda result! argh lol

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - i don't know about this, but i was wondering... how did u guys choose what to eat everyday, doesn't it get boring? i haven't been doing much, just excersizing 2 hours a day in water polo, but... breakfast:protein shake lunch:half a turkey sandwich and a tangerine or a banana dinner: protein...like...chicken or meat loaf with a vegitable. Am i eating the right thing? how did u guys know what to eat and what not to eat on ur diet? let me know asap!

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 193 - Hey- I was wondering if this is a good idea and if it would help me to lose 15 pounds a month Breakfast- bagel or cereal Lunch- turkey sandwich, yogert, granola bar (maybe some chips), and diet coke Dinner- whatever Dad or Mom wants, NO fast food (except Subway), or a sandwich or soup Excersize- 2 miles a day on treadmill and 100 situps Please reply asap i would really like to be a size 3-5 by August if it is possible, healthy , and if I could keep the weight off. Ht. 5"4, Wt. 145 - hey guys! so im rele happy tht im getting closer to mii goal! so if ppl wanna know what i did to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks just msg me..today i was rele good though..I've offically given up ALL yes ALL junk food :O.. its not easy i'll say tht..so for breakfast i now always have orginal oatmeal.. lunch whole wheat bread(only one slice though) with some sort of meat..dinner w.e my mom makes.. then i go 30 mins on a bike.. 20 jumping jacks.. nd 150 situps.. so i only have 23 more pounds to go :D!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah does ne one want to be my "buddy" lol??
