okay, here's the deal, i'm going on a cruise on march 23 and i need to lose about 20-25 lbs by then so i can look a lil better in a swim suit. i'm using tae bo tapes. does anyone know how well they work? thanks!

I've gained well over 15 pounds in the last 2 months and I do not know what to do. I've tried to get back onto the diet I had before, but it just seems to be too hard. Most of the weight goes right to my butt and theighs. Can anyone offer advice on how it may be easier to stick to a diet regimine and to get results.

alright, I agree with Jess=) (below) but anyways. I just went on a Disney Cruise (yes, a Disney cruise) and it was awesome. I loved being almot 20lbs lighter than I was. Even if it wasn't the weight that I wanted to be.I did however gain maybe 3 lbs. Not good. I'm gonna have to work extra hard. Wish me luck.

ok i need help! i need to find a way to lose weight by next school year (over 60 lbs) and i can't figure out what to do. i am always trying to eat more and i don't WANT TO!!! and i need more time to exercise!! what should i do! my hips are huge and so is my back!! i look as if my back's messed up because of the rolls of fat there. oh and i need to lose as much as possible ASAP because i have a party to go to and i need to look really good!!!!!! please help *DeSiRe*

Ht. 5'3", Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 106 lb - I need to lose 20 pounds so my belly isnt that huge. I am 5'3 and 126. That may not sound like alot but believe me I am a giant and look like i hae a beer belly! any ideas? I have 4 months to do it- so I can fit into this one dress for graduation, cuz thats when i go shopin. PLEASE HELP!!!! I'll do anything! Buy anything! Eat anything! I am fully comitted to this. Hey. I need some advise. I'm starting a diet. Have been on it for a couple weeks and my mom and step-dad got me a treadmill the other day. I use it everyday now but how much walking do yall suggest I do??

hi since everyones moaning about being overweight follow this Cut down on starchy carbohydrates such as bread cereal pasta and rice and replace it with fruit with a plain low fat yogurt and grapefruit juice which speeds up motabelism for breakfast salad sanwhich for lunch or baked beans on toast and fish or chicken with a salad for tea and don't snack on fatty sweets why not snack on fruit or low fat yogurts and if you can't live without chocolate plain dark chocolate is best. And go on a walk everyday or some sort of exercise and try doing sit ups and squats and plunges which tone the but and thighs. WHy not get an exercise visio aswell yoga and dance workouts are good and fun!
