Ht. 5'8", Today: 157 lb - I have had sooo much trouble with losing weight. about every week i decide i need to lose some weitght and i go on a diet...it usually doesnt make it through the day. i used to be a cheerleader...and pretty skiny but now i am 5'8' and weigh like 157. so i decided to get some excersize, i began runing and trying to eat healthier. i havent lost any wieght yet because every night i get soo hungry and eat everything in sight! and then after i feel soo sad that i wasted all that hard work. i sometimes feel conceited for wanting to lose weight but i want to be healthy, and thats not conceited at all. I know i need god to be with me on this, dieting is sooooo hard, so as long as we're in it together it will work. Iv heard of the atkins diet but it can give you heat attacks and make u sick and things like that, so iv decided that i am going to eat only three mealls a day...of like meat fruits and veggies, lots of water run and do crunches and sittups and hopefully i will lose wieght for my big spring break trip!!! wish me luck, this time is 4 real!!!! no more binging i can do it!! thanx to everyones storys who inspered me and good luck to everyone!!
