hey, i am trying to help my friend.. Okay, she is not heavy.. or obese and she think she is...She is 132-135 lbs and 5'2''-5'3''Now, she is also 14, and i know you of you on here would HATE for her to say she is bad looking..and how can i help her?

If your freind thinks she is overweight i think that you should try and help her eat better.

Well, I checked her stats on the weight calculator. It said she is at risk for being overweight. I guess she is not completely wrong at thinking she is overweight. Does she look it?
