Here's what helps me loose weight.Each week I try to go without eating something (french fries, chips, soda, chocolate, etc). And if I succeed for one week I reward myself with something that's not food (like hair thingys). and if I go another week I award myself with something bigger, and so on. I can honestly say I haven't a potato chip in 6 months (they make me sick just by looking at them). I am going to award myself with a pedicure this weekend if I succeed (which I know I will). So if you have a junk food you can't quit eating this may be a good way.Take CareSarah

Ht. 5'4", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96) - well i haven't yet reached my wieght goal and i am so excited to get started i made this little chart thingy and i hope it helps i like being very orginized. i am 14 and wiegh close to 170 pounds and i am 5'4". i am going into highschool next year and i just cant wait to loose wieght. reading all these have made me inspired. i really haven't been made fun of in jr. high but in elementary school i used to all the time. i am not one to take criticism or jokes about my wieght vert lightley and tend to get into fights but i am very determined to loose the wieght so i won't have that prob i am going to start eating better than i have been, also excersising way more. and i would like to chat with some of you to get some help or info.

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! My parents just announced that we're going on a cruise for spring break and I usually don't go swimming cause I look bad in a suit, but I can't really avoid swimming on a cruise, so I need to lose 30 lbs. in 3 months!!!! Can anyone give me some good things to eat and excercise plans????? THANKS SOOO MUCH!!!!!!

Ht. 163 cm, Today: 64 kg (BMI %tile: 87) - I'm 163 cm tall and about 64 kg. I'm running or walking for at least an hour per day, with a good eating plan. Does anyone know if I can lose up to 7 kg in one month following this plan? Thank you  (Note: 163 cm, 64 kg is 5'4.2", 141.096 lb.)

HEY GUYS I GOT SOME GOOD NEWS!! I know that almost everybody likes Pringles. And that there so delicious, but extremely fattening right? WRONG! My mother bought me a can of Fat Free Pringles. 15 chips per serving, 70cals, no fat, 15 carbs, no sugar, 1 detary fiber, and 1 protein, and 10% vitamin C! Getting a craving for chips? Go get some Fat Free Pringles!!!

HEY i made aplan for myself today tell me how it sounds
Breakfast-3/4 cup of cocopebbles w/ whole milk ( my one fatty thing today)
snack-strawberry whipped yogurt
Lunch-either a turkey sandwhich, soup or a lean pocket w/ fruit-2-o(havent figured out which one)
WORKOUT-18 min WALKING AWAY THE POUNDS
Snack-fruit-2-o with stringy cheese
Dinner- w/e my mom makes but in small portions
how that sound??
