Today: 367 lb - I have a big porblem i weigh 367 pounds i have asthma , and i can't really walk my parents don't know what to do with me i can't fit in my normal clothes anymore i need help and advice???Should i go to a weight losss camp??? pills???? what should i doo????

hey, its me john again. SOMEONE help! I have an eating problem i think. Tongiht i was at wendy's, and i gourged, and I think I'm over 230 now. I can't help it, but ive gotten bigger. I have admitted ot myself that i have an eating problem. I just go for it, i eat and eat, and then eat some more. And even when im full, ill plop on the couch, and eat more. I can't stop, im ballooning up, ive noticed my body has changed in a matter of 3 days. My stomach is sliding down and out, and my love handles are growing. I'm just husky now, and i get worn out to simple stuff, like jogging upstairs to downstairs. Can anyone suggest an idea on how to just kick my eating habits? I'm ballooning up!

HI U GUYS! Here's a list of ten things that are ok to do while on a diet. Eat @ a fast food resturant every other week (stick to kids meals to be even healthier).. Look more like Pink than Avril.. Skip working out for one week straight (then get back to it).. Eat ice cream to mend a broken heart.. Love little Debbie's.. Wear a bikkini no matter what size u are! Give into a chocolate craving.. Drink 1 full calorie soda each week.. Eat seconds at dinner.. Have 1 high fat day followed by a super healthful one!

Start: 206 lb, Today: 197.4 lb - Hi my name is Dawn and I went on a diet before. I weighed 206lb. I lost 54 pounds and was feeling great until I started to eat all over again. I weighed 153 and now i'm back to 197.4 and i'm so depressed. I have asthma, sleep apnea, and bulimia nervosa. I can't breath in deep or it hurts, and I take all kinds of medicine because I gained so much weight so fast ! Please help me. I've been looking into diet pills and fasting. Ht. 5'4", Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 120 lb - Hey all, it's been a while, huh? Well as somew of you know I have lost about 10 lbs since last summer. I just made my high school's color guard and I am going to be super active all summer. The coach gave us a simple workout routine. It consist of doing yoga for thirty minutes, lifting weights for an hour and a half, running 2 miles, doing 25 push-ups, 25 crunches, and 25 back crunches.Each of the things are done on different days so as not to wear you out. My coach said to split it up and do them on three different days a week. I have done everything she said except the back crunches. I do 1,000 back crunches every day (500 in the morning and 500 at night) The point of back crunches is to get that line down your back that most basketball players have. Ht. 5'2", Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hi, my name is Louise. I'm 5'2 and about 154 pounds. I've been overweight since I was about 8. It is making me so unhappy! The worst thing is the comments that people make especially my mum. She calls me names and teases me about my weight all the time. It hurts so much and its like I'm always waiting for the next critisism. Like today when she dropped me and two friends off at school she said that in future I should walk cos I'm getting too fat. Start: 182 lb, Today: 170 lb - hey! I just want to let everyone know, that if you make yourself up a simple diet plan, like no junk food, veggies fruits lots of water and excersie, it does work. When I started 2 1/2 - 3 weeks agao i weighed 182 pounds, now i'm 170 pounds. So if u just stick to it, you can do anything!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 81) - hi everyone, im 18 yrs old, 5'6, and weigh about 155lbs. im overweight & feel discusting. recently in the fall i lost alot of weight and was down to 120lbs. it was the best feeling ever!! but then everyone thought i was anorexic & my mom got really worried. she made me eat all this sick food. then i just kept eating and eating & gained all this wieght back plus more. this is the worst shape i have ever been in my life. im trying to lose weight like i did before but i don't have that drive or willpower. i need it very bad. sometimes i become depressed b/c of what i look like then i just eat more & it makes the problem worse instead of better!!! Sometimes it even gets to the point where i wish i was anorexic so i didn't look like this. please reply to this...i need your help!!!!! its so hard to live like this right now. if you want to be a buddy in losing weight with me or have any tips...i would greatly appreciate it! thanks
