hi m a posting again to get one replys pleeese!! please help me!!!! i woudl really like to lsoe atleast 15 pounds beofre summer time!!! i wanna look good in a bathing suit 4 the pool and woodnt mind wearing a 2 pieace, i have never been able 2 ware one.. please any tips would be appreciated pleease respond!! thanks!!

Heres a good diet plan, breakfast eat small bowl of cereal w/lowfat milk, lunch: half of a sandwhich with some veggies or lowfat cottage cheesse, or just eat a good salad w/lowfat dressing, dinner: eat what your fam. does just smaller portions and no seconds, cut out junk food and drink tons to water! at least 8-10 glasses a day. Excercise a cardio workout for 20-30 mimn. a day like walking, running, rollerblading, swimming, jump roping, jogging, etc. good luck! God Bless!
