I'm not overweight but I'm worried about becoming overweight. My family always goes out to eat fast food about THREE times a week. When we go to lets say McDonalds I'll tell my parents I don't want anything to eat because I already ate a sandwich at home. (I don't lie) But then my parents make me eat and I hate it. I don't want to be fat. Fast food is so bad for you. Do you guys have any tips to eat healthier? Also does anyone know of an exercise video that works?

If they're going to McDonald's go for the salads they have there. Remember, nobody can make you eat something you don't want to. They can make you order and then sit there with them....but they cant force you to eat it. But, i say go for the salads or the soups.

get the new salads at say mcdonalds or wendys!!i love the ones at mcdonalds!!!!

Eat the salads at Micky D's. You don't HAVE to get a hambuger.

First of all, confront your parents about the concerns you are having by eating fast food.Tell them it is not healthy, and you are at risk of becoming overweight if it continues.
As for exercises that work... anything works if you stick to it. If it's strenuous discontinue. Just try anything that works for you.
