Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well- i gained 2 pounds from being bad for a week so i'm back at it and 155 pounds- i want to be 150 in the next two weeks. i'm back doing taebo and i've been having 250 calories for my breakfast and lunch and a 200 cal. snack and a 500 calorie dinner. i make sure that i have a lot of veggetables. i've only lost 15 pounds so far but i'm almost halfway to my goal weight. i want to weight 130-135. i know i can do it and that anyone else can too. stop makeing excuses and going from one diet to the next stixk with just one and workout to speed up your metabolism and be sure that you cheat every now and again so that you don't just stop the whole diet. i have a cheat day every sunday(my weigh in day)so that i'm freah and excited to work hard again for monday. good luck and oh yeah- taebo rules!

is anorexia just a "very low cal diet", or is it more of a mind thing? like is it when people hardly eat or is it when ppl are very obsessed with what they eat and how they exercise, and dieting? cuz i dont have a very low cal diet but im pretty obsessed about dieting and exercising. someone help!

followed the advice some of you all gave and just finished TaeBo. wow, what a workout! it was EXTREMEly difficult but i definately feel really good. :0) also all the work makes me crave more water, which is a very good thing. i totally recommend TaeBo!!

Ht. 5'7", Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey Guys! I have tried so many diets i cant even imagine... weight watchers, Jenny Craig, Slim Fast, stop eating, and etc.. nothing ever works! there is this one time during the summer when ifirst came to this site when i lost 6 lbs in 2 days everyone was motivating me, and i was doing so good i got down to like 206 and now i am like almost 230! I am so depressed and sad, and there is this guy that is so nice and he even admitted he liked me for me and not my body. but i wanan look good when i meet him if i do which will be in July, and then all my ffriends are skinny, i wanna be able to run fast look good get guys play softball better, and so much more! I am now like i said ranging from 215-230 lbs and need major help! I am 5'6 or 5'7 and have six months to take off 100 lbs I wanna look awesome for the summer, and then my aunt I want my acne to go away too, which i will control after... (view more)

If it is any help to anyone, drinking a things of water really helps. You'll have to pee alot(not to get to personal) at first and it reall gets on your nerves but it really helps alot!

Is there an eating disorder for people who cant stop eating or always has to eat? Id really like to know. Im a very strong willd person and im not really one to let things stand in my way, but i've been heavy all my life and i've been on so many diets, its like when someone tells me im fat, i find something to eat, Im so tired of being fat, im scared to get on another diet cause i know when someone says something to me ill be off it and i cant take letting myself down any more! I really need help!!

I need some help losing weight... I'm new. pleez i really need to do this becuase next year i am gonna go to high school and i dont wannna be overweight anymore. ive been overweight since kindergarten and i wuznt xtremely teased until this year when ppl started instant messaging me saying i weighed more than 3000 lbs and should never think that i would ever have a boyfriend. it hurt me. and now i have been determined too lose it. some of my best friends are guys, but theyve been my friends forever. they look past the weight.. but im 2 close 2 them 2 be boyfriend.girlfriend and i dont like them in that way. so thanks, please post for suggestions!

hey yall i have ran into a problem....at school i have third period lunch which is at like 10am and i cant eat anything there cause for one thing thats gross to eat school food and im not hungry then anyway i know im not suppose to skip anymeals but during the week i always do but when i get home from school i eat alot but i eat all my other meals ....i would bring something to eat when i am hungry but none of the teachers will let us eat in class...so if yall have any ideas please share and im still looking for an excersize to get rid of the flab on my back please reply if u have any tips and thanks for every thing...o and good luck! ~lily~

Today: 170 lb - Im back yall! hey. i lost 4 lbs! yay. in now 170. and you know whats weird? i play tennis right? and i love it,but not because its excercis. so today i ran for 25 min, did crunches, JJS(jumpin jacks) and weights and i feel great. so i have a suggetion for all of you. if ur somene who doe weights or runs on a treadmill infront of a tv-DONT DO IT! it makes you dizzy and gives you a headache. if you get a stereo, and put on ur favorite music(upbeat works wel) and just concentrate on a thing, or thought, u get into it. i love excercising now and i cant WAIT to go see my exsummer love fom this summer and show him the new me. good luck to yall. xoxo -*determin'd*
