Ht. 5'5", Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hey. This my first time on this site and i need some help. I have previously lost a lot of weight~about 32 pounds~by using slim fast and exercising. But that was a year ago and now i want to finesh getting to ma goal weight. A knee injury has kept me a lil bit from getting remotivated (i can't do lunges or squats and running makes my knee swell to about double the size of my other knee)but i kno that if i really want to lose the extra weight, i can do it. Plus after a summer vaction where I completely abandoned ma newly learned **good** eating habits & I am 165ish pounds now. I am only 5'5 so it really shows and i am very self concious (but i love swimming so much i get enough courage to put a swim suit on)I use to be very confidant in everything else, but that is very much detroyed since i went through depression a few years ago. That is what initally got me motivated to lose the weight i already have. I don't want to go through that again to get remotivated. I want to have a diet and exercise plan that i can stick with and enjoy. Please any1 who has any ideas reply!

hey! ive found that a really good diet is the 1500 calorie one for girls. ive been on it for like a year and im still going strong. its nice cuz you can still have the foods u like, just not as much. and when u exercise target a different part of ur body every month so it makes it more exciting. :)

i used to be 165- i'm 155 now but i want to be 130- but what i'm saying is i know how it feels being 5'5" and that weight- but try exersizes untill you find one that's good but doesn't take so much from your knee- like belly dancing becasue i don't think taebo would be good for it or pilates. good luck!
