~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Today: 165 lb - Hey. This my first time on this site and i need some help. I have previously lost a lot of weight~about 32 pounds~by using slim fast and exercising. But that was a year ago and now i want to finesh getting to ma goal weight. A knee injury has kept me a lil bit from getting remotivated (i can't do lunges or squats and running makes my knee swell to about double the size of my other knee)but i kno that if i really want to lose the extra weight, i can do it. Plus after a summer vaction where I completely abandoned ma newly learned **good** eating habits & I am 165ish pounds now. I am only 5'5 so it really shows and i am very self concious (but i love swimming so much i get enough courage to put a swim suit on)I use to be very confidant in everything else, but that is very much detroyed since i went through depression a few years ago. That is what initally got me motivated to lose the weight i already have. I don't want to go through that again to get remotivated. I want to have a diet and exercise plan that i can stick with and enjoy. Please any1 who has any ideas reply!
