Today: 170 lb, Goal: 137 lb - Hey everyone its me sarah but i may post as frank or clifford. Anywho I am 170 I gained a pound from last week but thats cuz its that time of the month again and im surprised I didnt gain more. I am taking the edvice to drink a lot of water so I can loose weight. I am also doing taebo which is an awesome workout. I am still doing my crunches, leglifts, stretching, jumping jacks. I am eating right still but I had a bumb up this week since it was that time of the month but I dont care Ill just get back on track right now since its over. I am really trying hard to loose this weight and hope to be 137 by new years eve do you guys think this is possible? thanx everyone who replies.

Today: 225 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hello everyone, I am new to this whole blubberbusters thing. I think it's cool that I've finally found a place where I can talk to other overweight teens and find out information! I weigh 225lbs, and hope to get down to atleast 150, but I'll work at it. I was just in near death car accident, and realized that I need to change my life. How ever, I have been depressed, because my car was my life so I've been eating so much lately and not doign a thing to lose any of the weight. In the past week I gained 8 lbs! I would love to talk to all of you to get much needed motivation. If anyone has any deit or exercise tips lemme know! I hope to talk to you all very soon, thanks 3 Erin

Ht. 5'6", Today: 279 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hi guys, i have a serious eating disorder. i weigh 279lbs and im 5'6. im so fat, and i eat a lot everyday i cant stop... i hate my life and want o die adn i just wawnt to put my dog up for adoption so he doestnt have to looka tmy fat body. also my mom tries to deprove the food from and somtimes i feel ike i ll get so hungrrey ill be tempted to eat my little puppy... it is the circle of life but i would just fel bad afterweards not to metion the attention it would get... my mom wont give me any good food so do u think it would be okay to eat my puppy science diet food, it tates kinda like bacon.. please reply.. gracais..jillian (fat Princess)

Hi..i wanted to knw when your eating the food..should you worry about how much calories it has or how much fat it has......bc i noticed some foods have alot of fat but less calories...so does your weightloss depend on losing the calories...thanks to whomever answers

Ht. 5'4", Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 68) - I am not very overweight right now. I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. Which isn't that bad. I used to starve myself and eat one week and then not eat the next. I lost alot of weight doing this, about 30 pounds in one month. I was always sick though and I could barely function. I got help though, at first my body wouldn't take the food and I had to eat through tubes...but I'm alot better now. I'm not looking to go on a diet, I just want to tone up by doing exercises. Does anyone know any good ones? Thanks
