How much halloween candy did everyone have? all i had for halloween candy was 2 m and m's(red and blue to be exact...lol)...i was handing out candy, there was a big bowl of it... all the good chocolate stuff like reeses cups, milky ways, snickers, butterfingers...my favorite kinds...but i didn't have 1 peice!! im so proud of me.

I am new here but I have been seeing alot of posts about girls going on diets just so boys will like them and think that they are beautiful. I really think that you should diet for yourself and not anyone else. Be proud of what you are and how you were made.

roght, i was reading in a magazine about a woman who lost 3 stone in 6 months by eating cereal for brexfast, ham salad sandwich for lunch and a weight watchers meal for dinner she did it and so can U!!!!!

hey everybody. id like to say that i am not overweight but i am at risk. on the weight calculator it says if you are muscular, which i am that it is not accurate. but it has to be because being overweight and having health problems runs in my family.i dont know. i might start losing weight and i want to encourage the people who are overweight to keep going and you WILL succeed. see you all.

I have fasted several times but it is for religious reasons, not to lose weight. There is no reason that a person should be fasting to lose weight. If you really want to lose weight then just stop drinking pop. That easy, and youll lose weight right away

Start: 145 lb, Today: 113 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey everyone! I am 113 pounds and my goal weight was 115!! I have worked so hard on my diet. I weighed 145 and in 3 and a half months look where I am, 113. Incase anyone wants to know, here was my diet plan and exercise regimin. Every morning, I would wake up and have one cup of green tea(green tea boosts metabolism)then for breakfast I would have 1-2 eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with alittle butter, a piece of fruit and orange juice or coffee. For lunch I would eat a large salad and fruit or a sandwich w/whole wheat bread and some mixed nuts. I came home from school ate half of a grapefruit and half of a orange with a bit of sugar. For dinner, I always had some type of meat and a large side of veggies. If I was still hungry I would eat nuts (VERY GOOD FOR YOU!) Every other day I did a 25 minute Pilates tape. Today: 278 lb - All I want to say is that I was readin some of yalls messages and yall should calm down cause most of you are really not fat! Your worried about wut others peeps is sayin bout ya, but there are some of us here that need more support than you do, we have to worry more about what doctors are sayin, then our peers, i mean, i understand that your little weight problems can be depressing, but people who are truly overweight, have to look out for stuff like diabetes and heart disease/failure. Those are major risks to growing teens whoes BMI is close to or over 30. Plus, I am 278, but i dont really have a problem wit how I look, I mean, peeps dont tease me, or laugh at me or nothin cause I let them know that that mess wasn't gonna fly wit me, plus i know that i look good (in the face) and n e one who dont believe me could get a pic and see that i am pretty (sry 4 soundin consided) just email me...
