Today: 140 lb, Goal: 110 lb - hi i am 13 and weigh 140 and want to weigh 110 can someonePLEASE help me have anyone ever lost that weight ?

Weight doesn't matter. It is how you look and feel. My sister and I were at one time the same size (6) and I was 15 pounds more than her. I have much more muscle then she does. When I was in a size 6 I was 142 and she was about 130. Hang in there - drink lots of fluids, exercise and try to cut back on the sweets.

Okay heres a plan that lots of people I know have tried and its been effective
-You can only drink one small glass of pop or juice a day and the rest water
-You eat 3 regular meals a day but dont over do it past one plate unless you are really hungry
-Also you should cutout junkfood completely out of your diet but one "small" sweet snack a day like a bag of chips is okay and the rest fruits and veggies
-Lastly exercising every day makes a hug difference in weight loss you should do 50 situps every day,50 leglifts on each side every day,and go up and down the stairs 10 times every day ( 1 time up and down only counts as 1)

Trust me on something, I am 110 and trust me on this as soon as you get to 110, youll see people on tv, and tell your self oh im too fat and stuff so dont let ppl let you down whatever your weight may be, as long as your healty and safe, theres no problem, and being 110 dont make you get a b/f!
