Hi..i wanted to knw when your eating the food..should you worry about how much calories it has or how much fat it has......bc i noticed some foods have alot of fat but less calories...so does your weightloss depend on losing the calories...thanks to whomever answers

A lot of the foods that are high in calories are high in fat also. I also read that you should try to get 30 or less (10 ounces) of fat per day. As long as what you're eating is healthy (like fruits and vegetables) don't worry too much about the calories because it'l all good calories. Try to cut down on the "bad calories" like chips, french fries, fried foods.... and stay away from fast-food. (an arby's chicken snack is 32 grams of fat!!! phew)

hey its really the calories that matter and usually the less calories the less fat. And prob u've been told this a million times but saturated fat is the bad fat and mono-un and poly-unsaturated fat is the good fat and helps u feel fuller and fight bad cholestoral. Hope thats what info u were lookin for.
