Ht. 5'4", Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 68) - I am not very overweight right now. I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. Which isn't that bad. I used to starve myself and eat one week and then not eat the next. I lost alot of weight doing this, about 30 pounds in one month. I was always sick though and I could barely function. I got help though, at first my body wouldn't take the food and I had to eat through tubes...but I'm alot better now. I'm not looking to go on a diet, I just want to tone up by doing exercises. Does anyone know any good ones? Thanks

congradulations on overcoming something like that. i would suggest taebo and getting a couple 5 lb free weights. that would definately tone you up. good luck!
