Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well- i gained 2 pounds from being bad for a week so i'm back at it and 155 pounds- i want to be 150 in the next two weeks. i'm back doing taebo and i've been having 250 calories for my breakfast and lunch and a 200 cal. snack and a 500 calorie dinner. i make sure that i have a lot of veggetables. i've only lost 15 pounds so far but i'm almost halfway to my goal weight. i want to weight 130-135. i know i can do it and that anyone else can too. stop makeing excuses and going from one diet to the next stixk with just one and workout to speed up your metabolism and be sure that you cheat every now and again so that you don't just stop the whole diet. i have a cheat day every sunday(my weigh in day)so that i'm freah and excited to work hard again for monday. good luck and oh yeah- taebo rules!
