Just got my dumbbells from Wal-Mart today and starting Monday (right Mandi? ;D) I'll be able to fully go at my body sculpting routine, just thought I'd share. Thank you all for the tips earlier, didn't realize there were a lot of other girls that are shall we say "curvaceous" (made me feel better). lol Sometimes I'm glad about it, but other times its annoying. Sorry guys. lol -Veronica
P.S. The dumbbells are really cheap, I got two 3lb weights for a $1 apiece, and I lost another inch off my waist!!! Yay (for the 1st time in my many endeavors to lose weight its really working!)!!!!!!!!

i dont have a problem i need expressed but id like to say something. you should lose about one pound a week. from reading i think some of u have really bad goals. i dont mean to be mean but weightloss takes time if u want to lose 50 lbs itll take u about 10 months to a year to safely lose. know i no that sounds bad but if u lose the weight fast itll gain right back. the goal isnt to lose as much weight u can in the allotted time. u want to be healthier and keep the weight off for life. make sure ur losing the weight for u. not for ppl to stop picking on u, for ur friends, for ur parents, for ur bf or gf,do it for u. those reasons except for the bf or gf should make ur descision final. u need to make sure u want to lose the weight.

If I eat no junk food, drink no pop, eat a healthy three meals a day, and starting December 1st do physical eduacation and swimming (3 weeks swimming, 3 weeks physical education, and so on) every weekday until the end of the school year (May 28th), do you think I could lose about 50 lbs?

Hey, does anyone know any good chest exercises? I'm top-heavy and when I lose this weight I don't want to be small everywhere else and huge up top (a natural Pamela Anderson). lol Anyways a lot of it is hereditary so I know I can't lose too much but I would like to lose as much as possible. I heard that eating grape fruit once or twice a day and only eating like 3 meals a day help a lot losing weight. Is this true?? if anyone knows, ply reply!! thank you.

hello everyone i am proud to say that i loss 3 pounds ya
any way since school has been aroud our school just serves healthy meals so i get home around 2:30 central time i eat at 7 then nothing more beacause the best time to eat is like 7 or 8

Today: 175 lb - Ok this is in conection to annes letter. I think I am goin to go on a new diet that i made up just thinkin bout annes info. I am only going to eat fruits and veggies during the day like salads and then have a main course meal for dinner and drink all water during the day and milk or some juice with my main course meal. With this i will excercise bout how much do u think I can loose by xmas i am bout between 170-175 I think I gained a lot this week I had a very bad week. But any ways how much you think I could loose from that. Plus I have basketball pretty much everyday along with swimming on wednesday and it is lessons I am in level 6 and swim laps. How much could I loose by xmas if i am between 170-175 right now? thanx everyone for ur help.

hey guys- this is an interesting bit of news that i've just picked up and i thought i'd share. you know how everyone's like -"eat a very light dinner and have most of your calories during the day instead of at night"? well- i've found that that's not very correct becasue from the past humans used to eat very little(like only veggies and such) durning the day and at night when people came back from hunting there would be feasting on meat and other things becasue it would go bad the next day if they didn't eat it(no refridgerators.lol) i've also found that since, again in the past, humans were gatherers they would only eat what they could find or hunt down. veggies- meat- mushrooms...and then humans began to grow food like wheat. well- the gatherer's skeletons from an earlier age that they find compared to the farmers skeleton from the later age is a lot healthier. carbs and sugar...
