Today: 228 lb, Goal: 210 lb - I went to the doctors today to wiegh in adn she wsa so happy at the 13 pounds i lost. she gave me a few tips about losing more weight adn one of them was to eat protein for breakfast. protein fills you up for a longer time and tehrefore you wont be tempted to eat alot throughout the day. Good luck everyone. I'm hoping to be at 210 by Christmas-think i can make it? I'm at 228 right now.

brianna, 15 it low carbing!!, i lost another pound! question is it ok to be losing this much a day tho i am at 1200 calories a day so maybe it is on a low carb diet i'm probably going to keep my carbs low (20g) until i reach my main goal.

Ht. 5'7", Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - hey everybody im back... wow its been a long time... i see a lot of new ppl on here, so ill ask alla you... im about 5'7" and 172 lbs. id really like to lose weight cuz i just keep gaining and gaining but i can never lose anything. im getting checked for thyroid problems, but if thats not it im gonna need suggestions on weight loss. i always get a lot of exercise (i live on a farm) and im eating smaller amounts of food, but nothing's working! i cant use any diets that would be obvious to anyone else cuz my parents prolly wouldnt like tt cuz theyre weird... ne one able to help?

Start: 188 lb, Today: 176 lb - I'm kinda losing weight. I weighed 188 now I weigh 176. Does anyone have any ideas for a good meal that is really good for me. Or a good diet that really works that will help me lose weight faster than I am losing. It took me 2 months to lose about 12 pounds.

Start: 170 lb, Today: 153 lb, Goal: 130 lb - YES! ok guys- i'm inspired anew- i've just brocken through my first weight loss plateau! i was the same weight for 4 weeks and then i lost 2 pound(finally!) this week. i'm going to work really hard this week and lose 3 pounds(i know i should only be losing 2 but the key word is TRY and it'll only be for one week.) just so i can be an even 150. i can't remember when the last time was that i weight that less. for as long as i can remember i've been 165-170- even in 8th grade(i think that's when i gained all of the weight but i'm not sure). so i'm really doing it this time instead of that one day on the diet and then giving it up becasue i'm not magically skinny. lol. well- my bmi is still 26 which is just barely overweight but i want to be 130 and have a bmi of i think 23 or so. well- sorry for bragging- i'm just overly excited. good luck to all of you! we can all do this little by little- no prob!!!

I know I had a bad week really bad I gained 5 pounds since last sunday but oh well I am starting a new diet today and my mom even said it was healthy. It is called the warrior diet. Whut you do is eat you main meal at night. So during the day have fruits and veggies like salads and have water. Then at night when your whole family eats you can eat a normal meal just dont stuff your face. Eat half of whut you use to. This is how the Hunter-gathers ate and the were the healthiest people ever in reseacrch archeoligists have done it shows that there bones are better and healthier then that of later and now a day human. So I will post this on the teens bullitan board and you guys tell me how you think it will work. So I hope with this diet someone said if I add excercise which of course I will do cuz of basketball and swimming and my regular excercise I could loose 5 pounds a week. Is this true?
